The lobby was bright and airy. It was clean, looked like it had been recently renovated. Our room had a king bed and a sofa. I found the room to be very comfortable. The only problem we could never get the Wi-Fi to work in the room. they said to enter your last name and room number and the promo code and we did everything we were told and we still couldn’t get get it to work. We went downstairs to the desk and spoke to a manager, but we never did it. we just used our hotspot and they worked fine

The overall room and accommodations were nice. From the tv to the lounge chair, I suggest two rolling chairs tho.

I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order as that was partly why I chose the Hilton. Also my kids were awakened due to loud guest members the first night and I was unaware but the second night I texted the front desk and they took care of it swiftly, the text system is very seamless

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. The property was very clean. The Breakfast was great, I really like the cooked to order breakfast that included continental offerings as well. I appreciated that it was pet-friendly and included a large grassy area for Pets.

My only complaint was the elevator, there was only one of two working, so you often had to wait quite a while. But I assume they will have that fixed soon. I also used the stairs instead most of the time, so it really was a non-issue.

A big turbo fan out behind my room which kind of shook the walls and was very loud. I was unable to adjust my air conditioner and so quite warm in my room on a very hot night. Also most staff were nice but one didn’t want to go out of her way to help with an issue I had concerning my bank card

Cover for Iron board kept coming off. Ironing board quality was not aligned with room quality.

Well situated. Immaculate. And, surprisingly, super quiet. The buffet breakfast is great.

I loved the welcome Laura on the tv. The bed was so comfy. The toiletries are a plus to have.

The water in the pool was really cold. My nephew didn't want to get in.

The staff was rude i felt like they were watching us and it made my wife uncomfortable and i feel like the rules are stupid why only give 5 risk bands when you are a family of six smfh me and my family will never return back there the pool had way too much chlorine my kids eye were burning and my neice skin broke out from it the smell was way too strong

Did not have breakfast had other plans. Location was great. Desk person was very friendly and greeted us with enthusiasm. She was actually a high point of our stay. Room was clean and adequate for our needs.

The pillows were way too soft!
