Delicious breakfast. A big variety and something for everyone. The area was kept clean and the food was presented nicely.

The pool towels were the size of tiny hand towels. We have two skinny little boys and the towels weren’t even long enough to wrap around their waist. My husband and I are over 6 feet tall and we were laughing because it was like having a hand towel to dry off with. Normally we wrap their pool towels around them to keep them warm while we go back to our hotel room, but these were so tiny and thin that we couldn’t even do that. I would recommend that the towels for the swimming pool area be upgraded so that they are as wonderful as the rest of the facility!

I did not care for the fact that they allow pets on this type of property. The dogs on floor number two would not stop barking for the majority of the evening and woke me up a couple times during the night. Was disappointed about that. Maybe you should consider putting your animal Rooms on the top floor of the building. Just a suggestion

The breakfast was great. You could build your own waffle! They also had cereal on "tap" haha! The chef was great and really accommodated my friends and me.

The bathroom was kind of dirty and there were stains on the floor inside the shower. Additionally, there were stained towels. My stay in Rockford was fast and hectic so I didn't have time to call and complain about it. It did bother me a lot though.

King suite was very comfortable accept for the sofa (which could convert to a bed), and staff was very helpful and friendly. We would book again.

As sofa beds are notorious for being uncomfortable to sit on, this one was no exception. Throw pillows would have been appropriate in this case. I sat in the desk chair which was actually pretty comfortable.

Desk person during check in was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking as we were driving a cargo van had no problems.Room has very clean and huge ,could have had a game of catch.Bath room was clean and also large.There was a real fridge a microwave and dishwasher with dishes available.

The weather was cold and also snow flurries.

First time staying at a Home2 Suites and thought it was a perfect size for our family. This location is just off the highway and exactly what we needed on our road trip. The proximity to so many restaurants and the Volcano Falls Adventure Park made it a perfect evening.

Nice staff, clean hotel with large rooms. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast served in a nice, bright space. Location is convenient to downtown Rockford as well as Rock Cut State Park.

Clean, plenty of places to hang out, good breakfast. I’d stay here again

the front door is on the side and the side door is on the front and was locked upon check in.

The hotel was very clean and good location. The room ventilation was excellent. Very comfortable.

Parking limited if you returned late at night.

People were wonderful! Very relaxing stay. Music on the patios would be nice!

Gentle music on the patios…maybe welcome appetizers or light drinks!
