Extended Stay America Suites - Rockford - I-90

I liked the fact that the manager was diligent about keeping me informed on my room status. They were overbooked on my type of room and she moved heaven and earth to accommodate and then compensate.

partially my fault because I did not realize there were no ice machines, my daughter and I were in town for a volleyball tournament. the roll away bed was very uncomfortable. So I didn’t get any sleep the first night.

Breakfast was ok Everything was nice and neat and clean . We had no problem with the food . Everything was organized and in its place the staff was available to give extra plates we really enjoyed the service there I can see myself coming back . We were very happy we found this place . My family felt at home . They enjoyed everything about the hotel and the service when checking out we had no problems and concerns everything was handled in a organized manner we will always come back .

Everything was Great I didn’t have any concerns all of my needs were meet . Everything was in Great care I was pleased my Family was pleased I was pleased we had more than enough room we see ourselves

Staff had to turn off the automatic sensor for the air-conditioning because it was super hot when we got there. She explained that a new thermostat was put in that is motion detected so the air conditioner doesn’t go on until you walk past it. Somewhat a concern when you’re sleeping? Overall great location good value.

Full size refrigerator was awesome! Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Very quiet. Met my needs perfectly! Parking nice and close to entrance. Will stay again!

Would have liked option of fresh fruit at breakfast.

I liked the large room and attached full kitchen. The rooms and hotel in general were clean and looked well kept up. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed was not very comfortable. The location was a bit sketchy (around the corner from an "exotic dancers" casino (however, I did feel safe at the hotel). The free WiFi pretty much never worked right.

I was greated by Austin. He checked me right in with no hassles. He was very helpful. He also checked me out with no hassles.

I didn't like the smoking near the entrance.

Property manager is very kind and understanding. I had a problem with my AC in the room. He fixed the problem very quickly and professionally. They have lovely and kind receptionists.

It was a very minimal grab and go. The price of the room and savings afforded to get breakfast elsewhere and still save money

Mattress was getting worn and was ok but could have been better.

Quaint place to stay. Nice and comfortable.

The breakfast was just grab and go. They should mention that in the description.

nice staff, easy process, not too expensive, comfortable good kept room

only downside was no hot tub, no big deal though
