Had a really nice stay here. Beds were very comfortable and the location was within walking distance of the river walk and downtown site. Free parking was very nice! All the staff we interacted with was super nice.

The breakfast staff could use more help on the weekends, the poor lady was overworked but gmwas doing her absolute best.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I seen a water bug or roach the size of quarter running under the carpet between the wall and the tv. Left me kind of uneasy for the night. I placed all of my belongings on the highest structure I could find in the room because I felt uncomfortable.

Facility is beautiful, view from the window was great, breakfast was delicious, location was perfect. Everything was great except for what was mentioned below.

1. Couldn't open the windows. It was a beautiful evening but I couldn't get any fresh air because the windows wouldn't open in the new building. 2. No hot water in the morning. But to their credit, the staff was very nice and gave me a small reduction in the rate.

Hotel is located close to historic home area and is walking distance to downtown, restaurants, the casino and the river. Room was good sized with very comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. Hotel has only been open a few months so everything is brand new.

walking distance to Ford Center, Nice continental breakfast. We didn't venture very far from here but what we saw was very nice and clean with absolutely no shady characters roaming the streets. a lot of other cities could take notes from this one.

The hotel staff were very respectful and polite. Good location for a walk along the river and casino.

It wasn't setup like a normal Holiday Inn Express. Elevator location and hallway design seemed awkward.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

WE WERE OVERCHARGED BY$52.00! Unacceptable. No one said a word to us about additional charges. Terrible way of doing business.

Shower floor was slick could use a rubber mat for shower. As I am handicap

we come to Evansville to visit family and this location was ax welcome change from the east side. it was also really nice
