i have always had a great experience with staff all of them except LISA her personality and professionalism is not appropriate for customer service, I asked if I could have 2 toothbrushes put in my room while I was out and she asked me if there were toothbrushes when I got there? i took the question as being unprofessional and rude bc she then said if they are not there it means the prefer that you come to the desk and get them, how hard was it to add 2 toothbrushes to be added to a room especially after I said I would be out most of the day and will not return until evening. Lisa is RUDE! I’m sure she’ll know exactly who I am if she reads this. I stay there often and she’s the only rude person that I’ve come across. The nightshift guy with the locs should be on days he’s always pleasant.

Very nice and clean. The gentleman that checked me in was so polite and friendly, he made me feel good about choosing this Comfort Inn. The lady the next morning was so great and friendly, my stay was excellent! Tonight I'm staying at Comfort Inn in Hot Springs AR. It's awesome too! Will be traveling to CA and back, staying at several Comfort Inns along the way. Thank you! Oh, breakfast was very good!

It has a wonderful hot breakfast and a nice pool. The staff is super friendly and engaging. We left our brand new portable speaker in our room when we checked out. We called just in case someone had found it and turned it in. They found it! Shaquita was so very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole search! We appreciate her!

Nothing

The staff were very friendly, I was able to check in early coming off a 2 hour drive with my dog. Breakfast was decent with waffle maker, cereals, eggs, and assorted breads and pastries.

There’s only 1 way in/out so if you miss the turn to the entrance you have to turn around.

It was quite nice area...can get to the stores restaurants...beds nice and soft... comfortable and a nice lilttle get away and a great vacation to place to visit...a great place to stay when on vacation.

The staff on all shifts were courteous, helpful and amiable. Room was clean.

the lack of safety bar in shower and the minuscule bottles of shampoo and conditioner. soap bar was “teeny tiny” preference would be for liquid bath/shower wash. A/C needs upgrading; VERY LOUD!

Breakfast was okay...the rooms were comfortable and clean. Locaation was near our family and friends which made getting around very easy.

We would have loved to have been able to enjoy the pool...it was closed.

The staff was wonderful. The man at the desk when we checked in was especially nice. I will recommend the location to anyone travelling through Warner Robins or attending the Air Museum. I know I will be back!

Serving and dining area were spotless, everything was neatly arranged. Variety was good. One of the best breakfast meals I have had in any hotel.

Well operated hotel; great staff; excellent facilities

This is the 4th or 5th time I've stayed here, and it never disappoints. Always clean and comfortable. The staff are always attentive and welcoming. Very close to where I needed to be.

No pool because of COVID UGHHHHHH
