Glad that the had a breakfast option that was not just sweet rolls and granola bars. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was adequate and surprised by quietness in the area. Good options for places to walk dogs nearby.

Had to dig around for condiments at the end of the breakfast open time but other than that we loved it. Location was great, service was great, had a parking spot - very important in downtown davis. I would stay there again and recommend to others. Thank you.

Breakfast, under Covid protocol , is provided in a paper sack with , in my case, a sausage sandwich, milk, apple, coffee.

Just found the room was smaller than I anticipated. But we were out except early morning and at bedtime so it was okay. I have stayed at Best Western Dixon hotel for most of my visits to the area. This was more convenient, located in Davis itself.

I like the convenient location that you could walk to farmers market and to the shops downtown Davis. It's freeway close and the neighborhood is quaint. I liked the daily housekeeping too. The housekeeping team really does a good job keeping the room well supplied each day.

Breakfast was great, I appreciate the waffle maker, staff was super accommodating

Call people upstairs were loud, we could hear them walking around, not sure if they just had to have a fee or if the ceiling/floor is not insulated well

Amazing location, clean, updated, friendly staff. Close to downtown, university and Farmer’s Market. Good breakfast.

A/C unit was a little loud but so glad we had it!

This is a standard hotel that offers what you pay. There are no surprises. it has all you need. However, the overall quality is median, but everything functions well

A TREE BRANCH HAD FALLEN AND THE CITY WAS CHAIN SAWING FOR QUITE A WHILE TO REMOVE IT. VERY LOUD. MORE FRUIT AT BREAKFAST

Nice safe location, clean rooms. Staff was very friendly. Liked having the Diner across the street to walk to. A good pit stop for our road trip.

Price was a bit high for an older motel, but everything was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Centrally located. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Late checkout accommodations.

Rooms could use an update.
