The best thing about the Oxford Palace is the location. It's right in Ktown. We walked to our kbbq dinners—so convenient! The room was clean (we got a top floor corner King room). The staff was very polite. Free Wi-Fi was fast during our two nights. Free self-parking in the underground garage (maybe because the hotel wasn't busy?) Amenities were basic but complete. Nothing broken. Good value for the money!

The AC system is loud and there's only one fan speed. It cooled the room quickly though. The hotel is a bit old—all the furniture's worn around the edges.

Spacious bed. Good WiFi. Clean bathroom. Fairly close to metro. There is a very good ramen restaurant nearby. Everything seemed very well organized. Functioning AC. Table for occasional work. Sturdy curtains so you can sleep in dark. Managed by Asians.

There is not much to complain about here. It is not the cheapest but these are LA prices and this one seems like a good value. You will get what you pay for.

The location was nice. Convenient to markets and restaurants.

The bed was a little too firm for me (but not terrible). The fridge needs to be updated.

The bathroom was impeccable, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet at night. The staff were also quick to answer any and all questions. I would highly reccommend coming here!

The only thing I didn't like was how the room's coffee brand didn't seem to dissolve completely, which caused some concern about it's freshness, but they were quick to give us more after calling them. I'd recommend maybe switching brands.

Everything… We were greeted from the outside in our Car .. then as we walked in to the hotel . Everyone was so friendly. The restaurant upstairs has great Vanilla Lattes. They also have a sushi place . Restaurant upstairs is closed on Sundays . They go to church . No Smoking or you get a $300 fine . Our room was so clean and comfortable.

very cool building clean the staff is amazing Tanya is a front desk employee she’s so awesome, professional and super nice and helpful😄 And the valet Frankly was great also! when I come back to L.A. this is my favorite new Hotel 🏨 TY Oxford Palace Hotel 😃

Great location.

I was just surprised that at 8 am I check out and no one was working at the counter, but someone take the key from us and put them on the counter no uniform no tag, I was not sure if he works there.

Service was good, I could get some hot water and chopsticks for cup noodles.

There were not enough amenities like hair conditioner, tooth brush, and slippers.

Don't have early check in or late check out

Very clean and exceptional people working there. Just found the best hotel when I go to L.A

The only thing I didn't like is that they didnt have in house intercontinental breakfast
