It was close to where we needed to be. The view was spectacular. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I didn't see any bugs...I saw some reviews that mentioned cockroaches and bedbugs, but I didn't see any signs of them.

I thought it would be nicer, especially for the price. The sheets and blankets weren't as clean as they should've been. The bathtub was dirty. The room was outdated. Some of the outlets didn't work. The whole vibe of the room felt dingey. For the $217 I paid for a King room, it should've been very nice. I've stayed in some awesome rooms and only paid $89 per night. My overall rating is...it was okay.

I love the high floor and balcony that you can actually go stand on. I love that it was quiet and wasn't long waits for the elevator. I enjoyed the room attendant although I did not want my room attended she left fresh towels hanging on my door.

I placed a order for room service my last night and never received it. I was not charged, however I ended up not spending my money at the hotel restaurant to eat. I did not like the customer service at the front desk...They didn't mention the restaurant or bar or make any 1st time visitor suggestions...not friendly, no eye contact made....no thank you for staying.

Everything was great until I went to the revolving restaurant on top. There I was treated quite rudely while simply asking if I could be seated. So I left and went to the restaurant on the 1st floor and they were great. I was quite upset with the rude treatment upstairs though. All else was great.

Treatment by one person in the revolving restaurant. All I said was that the girl at desk in lobby said I could be seated at that restaurant. . Then the rude treatment began so I just told her I'd go downstairs. Too bad a good trip was ruined by one person.

Rooms are always clean and ready when we arrive

The pillows for a king bed are extremely small and flat and uncomfortable. This was our only stay that we had issues checking in. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:45 to say checkout was at 11 and we needed to hurry. Now a $7 per day parking charge, which wasn't mentioned when I booked my reservation. This is the 3rd room I've had that's had loose outlets making it hard to charge electronics

The room was large, and the beds were pretty comfortable.

The refrigerator took more than twelve hours to cool. The sink was slow draining and left a nasty scum in the sink. There were nasty looking stains on the carpet. There were only two wash cloths, and both were pretty hard. The website says that you have a hot tub, but you don't. Finally, I received a text that there would be life music in the Fifth Lounge, and we got dressed up to attend, but there was no band.

It was all good. Except I would put some burgers and fresh salads on top floor I didn't want steak or seafood. And maybe some jazz band downstairs on weekend or maybe a solo artist. That would bring more locals if u had some soft music players to enjoy. Probably cheaper to get solo artists. Just to enjoy with a nitecap drink.

Easy check in. Was given a good run with view of city.

I asked for extra covers, and they never came Also we went to breakfast the 1st morning and when we got back the staff was in the room. We hadn't asked for a cleaning, and our stuff was still in the room. It was odd that they were in the room, and we didn't ask for that, but they made bed and replaced towels with new ones .

Comfortable room, easy to navigate the property. We also liked that there were many options for Door Dash for dinner. We didn't use many of the amenities but will stay again if we are able.

Room could've been cleaner, the first thing we noticed was trash under the bed and a chocolate stain on the carpet. Ice machine on fifth floor did not work. Noisy hallways at night but we are aware people are hard to control.

It was convenient to everything And the restaurant 18 was great. The view was beautiful and the room was good to a point.

For a room that as much as it was everything there should be fixed before the next customer came in.. When we came in my husband checked over the room and there were 4 things right off that that should have been taken care of between customers simple things. We had cheaper rooms that didn't have things that needed repairs.

Everything was great. This was a last minute reservation. My first hotel canceled the day of my reservation, I had to find another room. I was very pleased at this location. I will always stay at the Radisson whenever I'm in Cincinnati, Ohio

The only issue I experienced was at the 18th Street Restaurant. The staff at the front entrance showed no greet skill at all. No smile and proceeded to tell me that I might not be able to dine there because I didn't have a reservation. Thank goodness I was able to get a table. The food was decent. The waitress Nikki made the visit worthwhile. She saved the day.
