Best Western Hartford Hotel and Suites

Breakfast area was Awsome, being by the door excellent

POOL AND EXCERSIZE EQUIPMENT NOT ACCSIBLE, ONLINE PICTURES LIED, after inquiring about the pool the pool was not accessible and the exercise room was not accessible it was 90 degrees and we really looked forward to going to the pool the pictures that I got in my email did not look like nothing like the hotel that I went to I was disappointed about that very disappointed

Easy on/off highway access. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. one extremely helpful and sweet staff member at the desk, Stacie!

Air-conditioning in my room was weak. Made for a stale and stuffy climate in the room.

It was very clean staff was super Nice very accommodating breakfast was seasoned great and had to go plates which was a plus. Pool was nice

The smell of marijuana was really strong in our room. Staff did apologize and I sure check issue because when I came back to run later on the smell was gone

The room was very clean and the front desk very friendly

Kids were running up and down the hallway. I told them to stop and front desk did too. They didn't know if the pool would finally reopen this summer

Clean rooms with updated equipment and comfortable beds. The front desk people were attentive and friendly. There was a nice restaurant next door. It was an easy access off of the expressway and had several conveniences close by. Also, the hotel was very quiet.

The tubs didn't have adequate safety features (bars and matted surface) to prevent falling. The toilets were too low for elderly people. No fans in the bathrooms.

Bed was extremely comfortable! Slept like a baby! Check in & out was easy. Enough parking!

AC kept turning off and on through the night. And the water pressure in shower was nuts !

Easy off and on highway. Close to everything, fast food, gas stations, DD.

The only downside is the rug. It needs such a good cleaning.

Clean, comfy beds. Management took care of an error with our overlooking. Great customer service. Nice eating area

Pool was closed. Looking forward to swimming, that's one of the reasons why I booked here.
