The staff (check-in, breakfast, check-out) was friendly and helpful with making dinner plans. The hotel was clean (common areas, room). Everything functioned as expected (coffeemaker, microwave, frig)--the only issue with the room was a missing stopper in the bathroom sink. Bed was comfortable.

The only real issue we had was that the room was noisy. The hotel was packed, so that certainly didn't help, but we could hear every footstep up above, every hallway conversation, doors opening/closing, even some random bumps and thumps. Even quite a bit of road noise, even though we were staying on the back side of the hotel. Breakfast options were limited but typical for similar hotels.

The room was comfortable and the location was convenient to the highway for traveling to the conference I was attending. Lots of restaurant choices nearby.

I was a little disappointed that booking.com charged me extra for "upgrading" me to a room with double queen beds instead of the accessible single queen room with more space, especially since I could have gotten that room for the same price when I first booked it.

Room clean w/ extra towels/washcloths. I had called ahead about iron and that was readily available when I arrived. I was very impressed w/ the staff cleaning the rooms. They seemed to enjoy and take pride in what they do and very friendly w/ each other. Nice, clean, bright dining area. Good bagels.

The extra 10 dollars to check in especially since price was quite high for the hotel. I realize there were a lot of things happening and they could get the price but considering the stay is less than 24 hours I thought the extra charge not necessary. The tea is blah. Pay a bit more to have variety. Phone charger ports not available expect the "old fashioned way" which fortunately works fine.

In town for a funeral the next day, our check in went smoothly without a hitch. The attendant explained the amenities available with our stay without my asking. The room itself was satisfactory for an older built hotel, $10 cheaper than the nearest priced room around us, very near the huge outlet shopping mall, the bed was comfortable, the tv is small but the best part was the room was shiny clean. Would come back again, the only drawback is there was no elevator but it's only two floors so we managed.

Could use some updates especially in the bathroom...

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and heading/air conditioning system was efficient and low noise.

Breakfast was a little lacking. I expected oatmeal or equivalent. Peanut butter in small containers was separated. Showerhead was leaking at pipe connection. Used a washcloth to keep it from spraying on the wall outside of the bathtub area.

Close enough to most of the people we wanted to visit, but, gave us our own privacy.

Just being close to the expressway can bring noises from cars later at night. But, with the bathroom fan and the room fan on, it drowns it out mostly

The hotel is completely upgraded. The mattress was brand new and very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the TV worked great and had many channels. The Wifi worked great in the room. There was nice natural light from the window. Shower was clean, had many towels and hot water. Everything was new. No stains or bad smells. Friendly Staff!

Hot tub was out of order.

We stay there each summer because of the convenience off of 75. I must say, though, that the hotel needs a little upgrading. It's starting to look a little old. For the basics it's it's fine. Just keep it clean.

It needs redoing. Everything seems a little worn out.

Great place comfortable nice and great staff for 5/6 employees. :-)

There is a 100/hold on card for room unless you book directly.. $55/night for room plus $100 deposit or $67/night through property for me personally I'm sure will vary night to night.

Room was exceptionally clean. No much furniture, but adequate for my use. Bathroom was exceptional clean. I have stayed here before in past years, so I was not disappointed.

Breakfast was a little sparse. waffles, bagels, coffee, juice. No eggs or bacon. It is an economy motel, so I was not really too disappointed.
