The peace of mind the room gave me!

It was a problem with checking inn i thought it took long, then usually and they couldn't do the booking through booking because they did know if it was pay at check inn or if I was charged which I wasn't because it was booked as pay at check inn.. also wasn't impressed with breakfast as I felt the person didn't do a good job with making a good impression for breakfast, feel they need to put more passion into the breakfast morning experience.

I loved the furniture and color scheme of the rooms. I know this isn't a super important factor but it looked modern. I was a fan of the walk in shower instead of a tub. The hotel was super clean. The breakfast was basic, but delicious.

I was definitely looking forward to some hot tub time when I booked. This isn't a super important amenity but I was a little disappointed to find there was only a pool. The water in the shower only ever got luke warm instead of nice and hot.

The breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable.

The group of people in the room above us were way too loud and we're jumping hard on the floor for way too long. They did not stop from 6pm-11pm when I finally called the front desk to complain. I'm surprised nobody else called the front desk about them before I did.

It was good that the breakfast diet was different every day. Most of all, it was really delicious! It was a pity that the hotel location was inside, but there were various convenience facilities such as supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so it was good to move without a car.

We didn’t really partake in breakfast. Maybe some more grab and go options?

Because house keeping didn’t come through after our first day ( totally fine!) we didn’t have coffee for day that following day… maybe if you don’t do housekeeping, add the coffee still? Or ask? I’m not sure a solution, it was just a little bummer.

Unfortunately I had to skip the breakfast due to a procedure I had to have done at Spectrum Health which required no eating the day before procedure or the day of but I certainly could smell the food and so much wanted to eat for it smelled great.The location was Great approximately 2 miles from the facility (Spectrum Health) that I had appointment with.

Clean, curtious staff, good location.

Credit card for lights... you guys are better than this. As much as I enjoyed the stay I won't be back. This is so petty it is insulting. And of course it is in the area where lights are needed the most. You guys can kick rocks with that move.

I have used this location many times now because of its locations, cleanliness and overall value. Will stay here again!

If I had to note something it was the dog/dogs barking. If that bothers you ask for a higher floor.

King suite was a great size and very clean . Breakfast was delicious.

The pool was extremely cold and they didn’t have any hot tub, wish they would have informed us before entering the pool area

Clean rooms friendly staff. Across the street from the mall. Very close to restaurants and a straight shot to downtown in about 15 mins.

The lobby area was a little noisy late at night. A few louder parties on the floor we were on but not terrible. We got in late after a concert and I imagine a lot of people in the hotel were at one of the two shows going on downtown that night which added a little bit to the noise.
