It was clean and comfortable, I found the bed to be hard but my husband thought it was perfect, go figure. Breakfast was good and hot, plenty of options, and Ms Jessie and Kourt were delightful. Any concerns or issues we had were handled promptly and fully. It was a great experience and we will be back.

The lightbulb above our sink was burned out, and I would have expected housekeeping to notice that when cleaning the room, but as soon as we brought it to their attention they came and fixed it right away

Everything was nice, beds were comfortable, and pillows were nice. Bathroom was big, more counter space then most. Very friendly front desk.

Could not run the fan, which I use to help me sleep. Had to turn the air conditioner on as low as it would go. To keep it running. Bathroom didn't have a fan.. lol. But overall it wasn't a big issue. Housekeeping bangs on your door at 10am. My kid lost her earring and was looking for it and crying because it was given to her from someone whos deceased, it was 11:04 and the front desk is calling asking why we are still there. Everything was ready by the door, we were just looking for the earring.

The location couldn't be any better The room was spacious and clean, staff was very friendly and consider it... It was reasonably quiet in the evenings I stayed in a king suite and spent under $150 for two nights that's a pretty good deal!!! I don't know if it's the fact that I have one of the new mattresses or what but I have to say unfortunately I felt every spring in that bed other than that the stay was perfect

The check in/check out people were very friendly, the free breakfast was good, and the beds were very comfortable.

The floors could have been vacuumed better and the desk chair in room 114 has seen better days but works.

The staff was friendly, especially Cindy at the front desk! Everything was as it should be for a hotel stay. It was very quiet which made for a good night's sleep.

I love the staff cindy that works there I stay most weekends as a only home weekend truck driver I stay in hotels to save money and when there's a problem they fix it fast have no problem changing rooms for you if you need them to and do a good job cleaning and maintaining the rooms..

THE CLEANING PEOPLE NEED TO VACCUM THE CORNERS OR EDGE CLEANING. I AM JUST PARTICULAR ABOUT THOSE THINGS AND A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T THINK TO DO THAT. IT IS AMAZING IN A CORNER BY A WINDOW WHICH NO ONE EVER LOOKS AT I DO. BUT THAT IS JUST ME. I PROBABLY WOULD NEVER HAVE NOTICED IF I DIDN'T CLOSE THE CURTAINS.

broken glass all over the parking lot back where we parked. breakfast would of been good except the biscuits where over cooked.

Everything the room was clean cozy and the bathroom was awesome! I will defend back again!

That I only got 1 night, I could literally move into this room
