The staff greeted us every time we were in the lobby, was very helpful, and kind. They asked a couple of times how our stay was going and we were able to schedule room cleaning as we wanted. The room was clean and nice. This hotel had an indoor pool, and two parts to the lobby, foosball tables, was in a wonderful, safe location. It was an excellent experience staying there! I highly recommend this hotel!

our air conditioner was very loud, our blinds didn’t work properly they are button activated and the fire alarm went off at like midnight which we ran and evacuated and realized it was only our room which I had to grab my sleeping toddler who luckily didn’t wake up. won’t stop us from staying again

Comfortable, brand new, bright colors, friendly staff, nice amenities, big community atmosphere in the lobby which is their goal. they geared this hotel to a younger crowd so the hang out area is great. 24 Hr free coffee bc no coffee in rooms.

Rooms are more like economy sweets not spacious, no closet, coffee maker, no microwave to reheat coffee, but still comfortable.

Breakfast was great! Excellent entry and exit on both sides of building. Fast and smooth elevator. Excellent security doors. Excellent televisions thru-out hotel. Quite location. Nice color scheme.

Our bathroom toilet had urine stains on lip. A foul odor coming from head side of bed near window.

Loved the atmosphere and decor!! Such a fun and refreshing concept!! Had an excellent complimentary breakfast! Wish I had brought my bathing suit and workout clothes ,because the facilities looked top-notch!! Will tell ALL my friends and family 💙

That I only got to stay 1 day!

breakfast was fresh and clean staff was concerned about everything significant announcement to inform guests that the service was closing. The seating and tables were comfortable and the clean staff acknowledged the needs of their guests professionally.

Friendly staff, exceptionally clean, great price and location, round-the-clock front desk, comfortable beds, inviting atmosphere, organized bathroom, amazing space - there were surfaces and nooks and crannies for everything.

Nothing. Everything was awesome and we'll very likely stay there again.

Always like to stay at Tru

Booked through Booking.com, and they could not find my reservation. I had to call booking.com to cancel and request a refund and rebook with the hotel directly, which took over 45 minutes. Not very happy about that but would stay at Tru again.

Fabulous staff at the hotel !! Couldn't ask for better people from checkin to checkout. Always went the extra mile to make you feel like you were family !

The breakfast was nice, the room was clear and bright. The bed is comfy and all amenities work the way they are supposed to. I recommend staying at this hotel.
