Sleep Inn Concord / Kannapolis

The bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was polite. Location convenient to town and highway. Coffee was great. Price was decent for this location.

There was an odor throughout that I got room spray to try to eliminate. Cleanliness of the hallways and carpeted area could be much better. Breakfast was limited to pastry and cereal, no protein.

The beds were really comfortable. The indoor pool was very nice. The rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were nice, with stand-up showers that were very big and easy to take my one year old child into with a lot of extra room. Plus the shampoo and conditioner was actually decent and the lotion smelled great!

I didn't like that it said breakfast included. There was granola bars, apples, and Jimmy Dean sandwiches to heat up in the microwave! Granted, they probably stopped the breakfast due to covid, but they could still make hot food and serve it themselves!

Good location, somewhat private. Loved the waffle maker. Missed not having hot water for tea but maybe it was there & I missed it cause I’m not at my best every morning

Hot water for tea. I tried coffe with tons of cream & sugar but it was so very STRONG.

We have 4 offices in the Charlotte area and your location seems to be a pretty central location between them. Will be back

No security guard. I carry a lot of tools in my vehicle because I don’t always know what I’ll be facing upon arrival. Would like to feel my vehicle and tools will be safe

It was pretty quiet and comfortable inside the room but kids were running down hallway and very loud music on top floor

The front desk ladies were rude and I had to ask for my deposit instead of her just giving it to me. The pool was closed main reason I went down there

I always check in late and it’s always fast and easy to get to from my work locations. Always quiet and never runs out of hot water.

There was limited parking and I had to walk about 30 extra feet. And there was a pothole down the road.

The room was okay. It’s definitely outdated a lil and the color scheme is horrible. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was nice.

It was outdated. Paint on the walls stripping off. The carpet was dirty and the stairway was disguising. Trash everywhere, the brand has really gone down hill.

Breakfast? - Not really impressed. Somehow got a "handicapped" room. It was fine but not needed or requested.

A few more things at the breakfast would be nice.

It was a overall good stay . Place was extremely clean and comfy. Place was in a wonderful location.

Nothing if was a great place to stay

Slept good room was little small but good and clean

Complimentary breakfast I preferred cooked meal and more options to choose from. And the pool was closed. I smelled Marijuana coming in my room
