Louise checked us in and took great care of us. She made us fresh coffee both afternoons we were there. The king suite we had was clean and had everything our family of 4 needed. I liked that the sleeper sofa had a chaise and the other part pulled out like a regular sleeper sofa, so both my teenaged boys could fit on it. Excellent breakfast with proteins available, not just the usual carb options. Overall, a very nice stay.

Staff was polite and friendly. Genuinely wanted guests to have a positive experience. The room was clean and well maintained.

I had an adjoining room, by chance. The gap at the bottom of the door between the two rooms allowed for noises to come from the room next door, in this case a crying baby. A way to block the noise would be helpful.

breakfast run out of food so early at 9 am and we have to wait for more than 15’ … and it was not enough food .. only a couple of items where replenished … first morning arrived at breakfast room 9:30 am was almost empty of food and hot food , hard boiled eggs, yogurt and fruit were not replenished … we have to eat cereal or made waffles . staff stated breakfast room closes at 10 am… there was 30’ more for guests to eat. We understand that these are owners & managers decisions and directions to employees. It isn’t kind and fair.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean. I liked that there was not only a king sized bed, but also a couch and a swivel TV. It is with in easy walking distance to a drug store for items I forgot, and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was included in the price. I also felt very safe, which is a priority for me.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is conveniently located near stores without street noises.

The hotel was not full, but they put us next to a noisy family with two kids and a dog. I had to ask the staff to make them quiet down after 11. We would like to have some fruits for breakfast. There is a charge of $2 for a safe warranty on the bill. The staff would take it off if you ask.

We loved it, everything was perfect, staff friendly, rooms nice and spacious and breakfast before we left was the cherry on top! Would definitely stay again. We were at the Springs all day so didn't bother checking out the pool, but the staff made sure to tell us it was available and the hours which was appreciated.

The staff are amazing and very very kind and friendly. You feel like you're right at home. The rooms are clean. Breakfast was delicious. It was great. With 30 minutes or so of some great attractions.

There are people sitting outside in cars a lot at night, like all night... It was a little uncomfortable to go outside at night but nothing happened. The pool could be a little more accessible we had a hard time figuring out how to get to it. There is no hot tub. Really not much to say in this section otherwise.

Everything was above my expectations,.......aside from some young kids running in the hallways and making noise until 10 0'clock, everything was great........comfortable bed, well appointed room, friendly staff, super breakfast......can't think of any negatives

everything was very nice, everything I asked for in my room was very nice, they went out of their way to do their best, the staff very friendly and efficient, the cleaning very good, it has a good point the place to go to visit parks and eat, all very nice...😍

We did a wrong booking and it was easy to change to a room with two beds instead of one. The staff was as friendly as you could be. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The showers don't have much water pressure. A bit annoying to take a shower. The breakfast ist average without a really healthy alternative.
