Spacious, clean rooms. Staff is very helpful. We liked breakfast also, even though it’s the same every day. Location is closed to Crystal River, Ellie Schiller Homossa Spring, beautiful nature seightseeng around! Ideal place who like to see Florida outside of the city, meet Manatees and find good places to swim with kids!

There was tiny mole traces in the bathroom, but overall place is clean and well kept

Breakfast was typical breakfast and very good. The attendant kept the food and eating areas clean . The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom tub could use some attention.

Really can't say anything to negative. My stay was very short after a long drive. Took a little while to get hot water to the shower but had plenty when it did.

Location was close to family beds were very very comfortable

Staff was friendly but not attentive. Checking out the front desk staff was on the phone with other personel staff and didn't put the call on hold just continued the conversation in front of me. Breakfast staff could respond to questions of replenishing everything missing because no one spoke English. Price was fair accommodations comfortable, we have lost the personal touch of human interaction in customer service.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

The air conditioner was very loud all night with it turning on and off frequently. The continental breakfast was just okay. It should include some bananas or apples and not just oranges. The coffee comes from a machine and it wasn’t very good.

Loved the condition and cleanliness throughout. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was varied and everything tasted fresh. Overall very pleased. Will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. ❤

Pool- clean and enjoyable Employees-Wonderful Room- needs some updates but bad. Beds were comfortable- this something I do not do well with in hotels. great trail near hotel

No Gym lighting to dark in room- breakfast not good

The staff were really nice. I accidentally left my cooler in the room and the front desk staff took an extra effort to call me about it. 😊

The bathroom light was a little dim. There was only a light around the bathroom mirror and no overhead light. The shower head was leaking.

The location was good, central, easy drive to crystal river and rainbow river. We loved that it was surrounded by forest and you have nice forest views from the room. the receptionist was very friendly. The room was nice and had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. All in all we were very happy and would return!

The breakfast didn't have much variety and they are using plastic dishes, which is very bad for the environment. The receptionist recommended us to go to rainbow river to do tubing but he didn't tell us that you have to arrive before 12.30, otherwise you cannot do the tubing anymore. He was very friendly anyways and tried to give us good advice of what to do.

Breakfast was good, nice variety of choices. Location was perfect for my visit.

Had issues with the TV in the room. Better cable connection would be nice.

Very well kept building & grounds. We travel w/ our two Yorkies & the front staff fell in love with them offering them Milk Bone cookies. We have stayed, & continue to stay, at this facility due to the proximity to our family, & great staff.

As I noted above we have stayed here many times w/ our dogs but this is the first time we smelt cat spray in the hallway to our room. Thank goodness our room had nothing but a clean aroma when we entered. Traveling w/animals we expect to experience some animal order but have never smelled anything as offensive like this at this facility. We will mention the offense order as we leave this morning with hopes the order is taken care of.
