We did not meet one member of staff who wasn't friendly, polite and accommodating and all went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. Most importantly, they seemed so sincere! The on-site restaurant was a nice surprise as the food was so delicious! We spent a significant amount of money at the on-site restaurant and pool bar, as the atmosphere was so nice and tropical. "Denise", who welcomed us upon check-in, set the stage for a wonderful time. We really had no idea what to expect, however, our expectations were more than exceeded! Oh, forgot to mention the nice clean room and view which overlooked the ocean and the lazy river pool. The number of pools were very nice. Although none of them were ever uncomfortably crowded, it was nice to have a choice of several after a long day on the beach. And, for those who bring their pups (like us), there is a lot of green space for them to enjoy a walk with a nice ocean breeze, as well as a small dog park on site for taking care of business!

I hate to even mention that there is an airport that is close by and that the planes fly low, as so much is wonderful about the property, however, it is relevant as there are flyovers which are a bit noisy. However, the location on a very pleasant and safe street definitely offsets this fact.

Oceanfront ,petfriendly, family resort. The location was great,view from our room was wonderful, my son loved the pools and Lazyriver.We loved how close it is to the pier and the free walking pass for it .The on site restaurant was really good and the prices wasn't that bad .

Only issue we had was with towels, we gave the cleaning lady 4 towels and she said she could only give us 2 back. We had 4 in our room .Eric said he would send us 2 more up but by the time I seen the text and replied yes thank you and the cleaning lady changed out 2 for me ,Jessica said thank you .We never got our towels. We had to find the cleaning lady everytime we all took a bath ,she was really nice every time we needed something .The bathroom was really small,in this room.

I always love oceanfront properties but this resort tops it! Upon arrival I was greeted and promptly directed to check in. Checking in was a breeze! I was able to get a room on a higher floor upon request. A lot of things to do surrounding the hotel. It is right by the airport so if that sound of planes landing/taking off bothers you then I wouldn’t recommend. But other than that, I will plan to stay again.

I had to change my initial room due to a bug problem but when I called the front desk about it, there was no issue in changing rooms. The carpet did have stains on it and it is a little dated but hopefully with the renovations coming in the fall, this would be taken care of.

The breakfast and location was amazing! The staff at Ocean Blue was outstanding except the morning hostess. During check in services there was a guy from NY I think , TRASH! Overall we absolutely loved our stay and will be back in the future!

Check in guy wasn’t welcoming or friendly until he realized staying there wasn’t my first rodeo. I had to ask for my breakfast accommodations... omg! Morning hostess at Ocean Blue was a crab🙃 without the butter lol!

Nice pet friendly property located on the ocean.

Discovered soiled linen on one of the beds. Carpet in room was dirty and threadbare. One public area near elevators was smelly due to its proximity to trash room.

Loved everything about my stay! My 3 yr old son loved the food at the restaurant and I enjoyed the bar! It was classy and my mother enjoyed her stay as well. We will stay again very soon!! We didn't try to leave because the resort was perfect for our stay this time!! It was clean and that is what I really like. I will definitely stay again!

Parking! We were lucky enough to have a perfect parking spot right outside our building but we didn't want to leave and lose it because parking was nuts. Had we not gotten there when we did we would've had to park across the street and for 3 women's luggage and a 3yr olds that would've been very irritating.

This is my third stay at Doubletree. Everyone is welcoming! Excellent Service for rooms and all amenities! The beds are like sleeping on a cloud! Pools are clean and towels are available. Beach towels are also available. Was able to keep in touch with hotel staff by just texting what I needed. That was awesome! The hotel is in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Everyone I bring here absolutely loves it. Can't wait to book again!!

The only complaint I have is they have very small coffee makers and I am a huge coffee drinker. Enough coffee for 2 cups was left in the room. I called and asked them to bring more coffee and they did in a fast manner. It was just kind of a hassle to have to call to get it. Other than that the room was great, right on the beach. Quite. Dog friendly. They have a restaurant and bar but we didn't try either. Its a short ride to downtown strip. Staff was very helpful. The room is not cleaned unless you ask that it be but this is fine with me.

Coffee makers were too small. I drink a lot of coffee.

Room was never cleaned as we ask it. We were charged repeatedly for this service. We were chat for the dog fees repeatedly. We were over charged with restaurant and bar. Don’t know what the miscellaneous charge is. We did not request room service. That was ok as we were given supplies as needed right away
