the cleanliness and the location

All the stuff was very helpful but one girl that she was serving for dinner she was all the time on her phone, talking to friends and making video calls and left us the guests at the dining room unattended, poor service from her.

The hotel and location were excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Room was vert comfortable with everything you needed toiletries, iron, hair dryer and coffe and tea. Definitely will be booking again. Nothing everything was perfect

A good example of the eighties-nineties building style, a bit old-fashioned, but everything is well maintained. I liked the location, everything was a short walk away. Breakfast a'la carte omelette was very tasty (included in breakfast price). The sauna had a beautiful view of the city. Parking in the underground parking lot under the hotel and at a reasonable price.

The WiFi wasn't very fast, but it was still usable. The breakfast selection was quite small (compared to the local average for a hotel of this level), but at the same time everything was available.

With not big amount of guests (3-6 persons) on the breakfast, has been added one additional waiter since last couple of weeks ( now 2) . And each time, when you are eating your breakfast level of your food under control, because they trying immediately take away your plate. A little bit make inconvenience feeling.... :) but not so critical ))

High-quality hotel, where is hard to find any problem. Excellent location, easy drive to parking hall, after that friendly staff making fluent check in. Room is always really clean and cosy. Bed, linens, towels...all high quality. And I love the breakfast, specially a´la carte ! After ten days trip and all kind of hotels ,it was great to come here, take hot bath and sleep well. Surely our choose when coming back to Riga.

Large room. Tea, coffee and water available in room. Location great. Breakfast was peaceful with excellent quality food and choice.

The breakfast bowls were much too small. I would have liked some ordinary rolled oats to go with the excellent selection of seeds and dried fruit. A banana would have been good

Perfect location. In the heart of city. Excellent value for the money you pay. I would rate at 8/10 the breakfast and the coffee taste there. Staff. Pleasant and ready to assist you in all needs. A welcome glass of prosecco is offered to every guest. It is a perfect location for morning jogging - park, city center, river embankment.

Sauna, As mentioned above, the sauna itself is good with panorama view on the city. However the rest room for the break between the slots is not comfortable at all. Two chairs are there only. And no cooler with water. I forgot to take water with me. I am a frequent visitor of saunas and it is very rare case that there is no access to drink water.

Very good location in middle of city. Hotel is located between two nice parks so you could walk to all major attractions without worrying about traffic and noise from the street. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed breakfast - food was tasty with good selection and view from glass pyramid to a fresh snowfall was simply spectacular. Sauna on top floor seemed also interesting but unfortunately didn't have time to use it - maybe next time :)

If parking garage is full, then it can be bit tight for bigger car. We got lucky and had plenty of space :)

The breakfast was quite nice taste and enough rich open buffet.

Although the hotel is a bit dated, especially when you see it from outside, the quality of the room, facilities, service and location is outstanding. Room and bathroom are spacious, clean and of high standard. Breakfast buffet was very varied. Sauna and fitnessroom have a great view over a park and city. Fitness equipment very new and although not a lot, sufficient for what you can expect from a hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. In between the old city for sightseeing and the new city for great restaurants. Walking distance to busses and the train station. Whatever part of town you walk to, you always need to go through one of the great parks to stroll.

Reception area and bar not very open and inviting, ..... if you need it at all.
