Great location, very central. Rooms are clean and a decent size. Breakfast was good too with a nice selection. You have everything you would expect to need in the room too. Good value for money overall.

WiFi was very weak in our room in particular (206) although we had friends in other rooms who said they didn't have any issues. The fitness centre could be better, it is just a tiny room with a few weights and a stationary bike.

The staff were ever so helpful, Agate was quick enough to advise on the eating situation. She told me about the Bolt app and how to order food, at the time when everything is shut upon your arrival at the hotel from your travels. Aleksandra was lovely as well, she helped with my suitcase storage for the day after the checkout. Hotel itself smelled lovely, however it was a little overwhelming for me in the end. Didn’t have the breakfast, so won’t be able to comment on the matter. Definitely recommend!!! Thank you!

Amazing hotel and incredible staff! I was in Riga to watch a Russian production of Hamlet and so didn't mind where I stayed. This hotel though very much made my one night trip! Staff were incredibly friendly and it was nice to be able to speak both Russian and English, since I study Russian and Spanish at university

Everything was perfect. Next time I need to try the breakfast in order to see how it is and whether or not it is worth 18 euros. Great location too, though it is a bit tucked away.

Lovey staff and excellent location between the old town and the freedom monument. A few minutes walk from less touristy areas as well. Lovely staff at check-in / breakfast. Clean room. Very good and varied breakfast, both buffet and ordered food available. Overall a very good rate - the superior room had a jacuzzi.

The room was a little cool, though not cold (and this is very understandable due to the current energy situation!). Dressing gown and slippers were provisioned. Being very central it was a bit noisy at times (but slept fine).

Location was superb. It was ideally placed for walking around and seeing all the sights. We parked in Europark which was virtually next door, it wasn’t really anymore expensive than parking on the street and for peace of mind it was secure. €24 for 24 hrs , €9 from 6pm to 8am. Our room was lovely and had everything that you could need for a short stay.The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location. Comfy bed. Friendly atmosphere. Juris is a professional barman, has good knowledge of drinks, provides excellent service. Reception staff friendly, welcoming, helpful, always with a smile. Houskeeping staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms

There is no designated smoking place. I would suggest make one with a shelter in a hotel inside yard.

In the heart of old town, very convenient to stay if you want to take a walk around main attractions. Staff is very friendly. We stayed for overnight, breakfast are really good, you can order some dishes from a la carte menu, although the selection of buffet is great variaty.

We have got the room with street view, train was riding all the time, thus it’s loudly a bit. But overall, worth of money.

Friendly staff. Great bed, bed linen and several different pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Rich breakfast buffet and also free ala carte foods. Underground car parking is not free but it is safe. This is not party hotel but for those who like luxurous and calm atmosphere this is great place ot stay. Not the cheapest hotel in town but you get what you pay for and even more. Worth your money. Close to all sights and public transport.

The werenothing I didn't like. Only one joke I can tell: Breakfast was so excellent and bed comfortable, that I would have wanted to stay in breakfast room and bed whole day, but not to do sightseeing... Ha ha!

They upgraded my room because of my birthday and i had a really beautiful room with great view of the old town! The bed is super comfy and they give you an out of charge mini bar with a lot of options of teas, coffee, chocolate , some bottles of water and traditional Latvian chocolates! In addition the people who work at the reception are super professionals, and super nice! I would recommend with closed eyes!

The hotel is close to the long-distance bus station and the central train station. Most sights are within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, pointing out the local food choices and helping with keeping the luggage.

The coffee machine in the room took me a bit to figure out how to work, but the coffee was worth it.
