Me and my girlfriend and 4 year old son stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and the room was very big with 2 sofas and a large and comfortable bed. It had all the facilities you need, but not so cozy decorated - the fotos didn´t really match reality - they have two hotels the one just beside is called Plaza and is the one you check in at, and maybe the fotos was from that hotel. It was also a little overprize because the parking and the breakfast was not included and they charged us about 21 euros for parking per day. But except from that we had a great stay in Luxembourg and at the hotel. The room and other areas were very clean and the breakfast was good with a lot of things to choose between, also healthy stuff. We also ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was good and the waiter was very nice and welcoming. The hotel is also very good located, pretty close to the city center - a walking distance for about 10 minutes. So thank you Luxembourg!

Great location to centre Luxembourg, 5 min walk to main bridge

No really a dislike more a personal view, our room 116 over looked the river valley was great, I could count 6 electrical sockets which was great and USB ports 👌. Beds super comfy, just the pillows were like air, once you put your head on them they went to nothing,too soft, but reception did give me extra pillows, option of having firmer pillows would be ideal. Dont get me wrong fab hotel stay, didn't have breakfast in hotel but plenty of nice coffee shops not too far away in centre

it isn't right in the centre of everything but it isn't a long walk, and it's great value for money in an expensive city, even compared to Airbnbs. the staff were really accommodating and everything was very clean; when my husband needed an extra pillow for his back they were happy to accommodate.

it's very modest, but not more so than we expected. it was a bit further a walk than we thought it would be from what we wanted to do, but it wasn't an issue and it was well serviced by public transport if we needed to go far.

The room was of adequate size, clean and quiet during my stay. Good grades for reception staff, buffet breakfast, wi-fi, shower quality.

There was only a small table in the room, only good for a laptop, although there was enough space to put a bigger table or an additional desk. There was no luggage rack, so you have to put your suitcase on the floor if you want to have it handy. Also, having a small fridge in the room would have made a huge difference. The double bed was in fact 2 single beds arranged side by side, making it unconformable to sleep due to the gap in the middle; soft mattresses with rounded edges made this even worse. Expensive parking on hotels’ premises.

We only stayed for two nights, so a very brief stay. Didn't try the breakfast or restaurant. The location was great - a short walk from the bus station and only a few minutes' walk into town, and the reception staff were welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean and had a hair dryer. Overall, good value for money.

I'm glad there was air conditioning as we stayed in a very hot August, but it was a bit noisy. It would have been nice to have a shower curtain in the bathroom and a rug to dry our feet on when stepping out of the shower.

The location is great and our room had a great view. It is just a short walk to the tram station and within walking distance from the city centre. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The only downside was the noise in the mornings coming from the hallway. You could hear everything: kids running around, guests leaving with their tollers, and the cleaning stuff. Although, if you're an early bird and you don't like to sleep in on your holiday that shouldn't be an issue.

Everything was super clean, and it was possible to check in an hour earlier because the room was already done. At night it was nice and quiet and we even had an unexpected nice view of the city. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel so it was always easy to get to the city center and back again.

The (otherwise perfectly comfortable) double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, which meant that they also slid apart when lying in bed. The shower splashed all over the bathroom because there is no door or curtain in front of it.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful,room very clean and bed was soooo comfy,nice size and on ground floor,great when with luggage on motorbike.location fabulous to walk into all of the town.and what a treat that all buses,trams are free,an amazing idea!!..would defo use again,what a beautiful clean city..loved Luxembourg.

Parking expensive,especially for a motorbike at €25..for 1 night.even though we parked outside room rather than underground garage..we've travelled around 10 countries and parking has been mainly free in hotel garage,the most we've paid was €15 for 2 bikes...

Location, price was good, easy walk to all site seeing buildings and pedestrian area with bats and restaurants

The hotel room was clean but the hotel itself needs a good cleaning and painting and overall maintenance..rooms are clean but small, no desk for laptop and no USB port charging plugs and really hardly any storage space in room..still the room was clean and bed comfortable, shower very small but bathroom itself adequate

The room was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. On-site parking was available for a reasonable fee. Hotel staff was polite but curt. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet at night.

The pillows deflated as soon as my head hit them. They were completely pointless! I asked for an extra pillow or two at the front desk and although the gentleman there first said the rooms were all booked and they had no extra one to give me, he came back a few moments later with 4 extra pillows that worked perfectly! Not sure why he scolded me a little first for asking when indeed they had them available. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and I would recommend it!
