Great location, great space in the room, good shower. My room had a private patio that was so nice - too bad I didn´t have much time to enjoy it. There's a small market, a drugstore and some restaurants close by. And a nice coffee shop (Fischer) were you can have fresh bread and delicious pastries for breakfast...

wifi was horrible in my room... It almost never worked..

I recently stayed at Key Inn Appart Hotel Belair, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The location is fantastic, nestled in a quiet area of Luxembourg while still being close to key attractions and city conveniences. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen for those who prefer self-catering. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always available to assist with any inquiries. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a home-away-from-home experience in Luxembourg!

Great place overall.. nothing to say negative about the place.

The room is big enough, comfortable placing, near the centre and the bus station. The bed is comfortable (though the pillows are soft and small). It has everything needed for the living: small kitchen, dishes for two persons, hairdryer (in locker beneath the sink), a few towels. The heat is regulated. It was quiet in the hotel.

There was no kettle, there’s a coffee machine or something like this, but we didn’t use it. The windows are looking on the road so you could hear the noise from cars. Wi-fi was logging sometimes. In the bath it has no skirting in the shower.

Check in was quick and easy. Just a great location in the city center. Room 03 was large 56 sq.m. and cozy, with its own exit to the garden with chairs and a table. Everything was really clean. Bed linen and towels were white. The bed was large and comfortable. TV and Wi-Fi worked great. The small kitchen was also very convenient with everything you need.

For parking near the hotel you have to pay extra through the machine opposite the hotel or through the app every 3 hours. The cost is 1 euro per hour from 8.00 to 18.00, the rest of the time is free. When booking, I was sure that parking is included. But using the app that the hotel staff suggested, everything was easy and clear. For ladies, I recommend taking your own hair dryer from home, because there is no hair dryer in the room. I knew this from reading the reviews, so it was not a problem for me, I had my own hair dryer.

The location is quite central and the bus stop is nearby and the hotel is only about 15 minutes walk from the centre. The room was clean and there was a smart TV in the room. The check-in / check-out process was very easy. Kitchen was almost fully equipped. It would have been better if there was a cutting board. The staff was nice and quick to react. We had a problem with our wifi and the staff gave us a new wifi connection 10 minutes after we called.

The kitchen was too small to do anything. The pillows were extremely flat and the comforter was too thin and too small for two adults. Not very much coffee/tea for 4 nights stay.

The room was extremely spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. I had room 5 which came with a small outdoor area. Unfortunately, it kept raining so I didn't get to enjoy the outside area much. The area was quite and the surrounding homes were gorgeous and I felt extremely safe walking the streets. The bus stops were easily accessible but wish a few convenience stores were closer. I also noticed that anytime I entered my room it always smelled of delicious cinnamon buns.

The location isn't the best. It's a bit of a walk to any restaurant, convenience store, and the city center. However, I will say the restaurants that you have to walk to in that area are fantastic, except Come A La Maison, don't go there for the food. You also have to pay for each individual item if you use it up in the hotel. For example, you get 1st complimentary roll of toilet paper but any roll used after you will be charged for, same with towels and washing detergent. There is also an extra charge if you ask them to tidy your room, sheets, and resupply towels before your stay is over.

Location was excellent. 7/10 minutes walk from city centre. Situated in a safe neighbourhood. The room was spacious and clean and there was a spacious wet room. The kitchenette was adequate for our needs but a kettle and a toaster would have been great. The supermarket, bars and restaurants are all a 2 /3 minute walk away.

The breakfast was insufficient. We would have preferred cereal then pear juice ! You need a toaster as you cannot use microwave to toast bread and a kettle would be great too.

The location is great in one of the city's most fancy neighbourhoods. Very safe and calm. Parking was no problem. The baby bed was already set up when I arrived. The studio was very spacious with even stairs towards a little garden with seats. For this price, you can really be very happy there, the public area's have a luxurious vibe and the staff was super friendly. 500m to the centre , and the 2 beautiful parks are just around the corner. The little kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine nespresso style, 2 cooking pits, a microwave and cutlery/ service for 2 people.

I missed a water cooker. The location is not accessible for people in wheelchairs and even with the buggy for the baby it was a little bit difficult.

Location; easy to find a parking spot outside; easy to obtain room key via entry code and check myself in last my own pace; spacious, comfortable studio with equipped kitchenette.

No electric tea kettle (not indispensable, but would have been nice to have one); studio located in mezzanine with windows on roof fitted with blinds, some of which were not thick enough to ensure complete darkness in studio at night. Electric switches to control those blinds did not work, as a result some blinds are permanently closed.

Great location. Nice spacious studio rooms, reasonable equipped kitchen with basic supplies (oil, salt). Clean rooms. The bus stop is quite close by (basically a skip away) which is super fine with the free transport in Luxembourg! Very close (walking distance) to the bigger junction as well.

The parking was full. It would have been useful to know this before booking. This was one of my requirement and it was disappointing to know we couldn't use it. Street parking is a pain in Luxembourg as it must be extended every 2 hours. However, I used the P+R Buillon (free for 24 hours - which is easily reached by a direct bus to/from hotel) The breakfast was also a bit of a joke. It contained a pound of bread with small portions of butter and jam and 1L of juice and coffee and tea. It was funny since we could've bought it at the supermarket!
