First of all, Luxembourg city is a complete love from the first site! And this hotel in the very heart of walking tourists area in old city part - was the best decision of whole trip. The interior of the hotel is absolutely stunning, you would enjoy both interesting views in the bars and restaurants and in the rooms as well. Though the hotel itself is relatively small, and you should get through corridors and minimalistic halls to different parts of the hotel, it is still very cozy and sweet. As it was my birthday, my husband ordered a romantic greeting for our room with flowers, champagne and candles. It was lovely :) I would like to separately thank the front office manager Mr. Thibault who was super friendly and welcoming, taking care of our short stay in all respects. Parking is a bit outside of the area, maybe 5-7 minutes walk, but if you are checking in/out during day time - front office will be able to help you to pick up/drop off your car from/to the parking lot themselves for a separate fee.

The room was clean, of decent size, and the decor was quite tastefully done. Very nice, indeed!! The location is fantastic. You literally walk out the door into the main plaza of the city center. Some vehicles do come through, but the traffic is almost all pedestrian. Food choices in the immediate vicinity are abundant, and varied. There is a delightful outdoor social atmosphere there in the plaza and surrounding streets, with sidewalk tables and an immense amount of food-related social activity all around. It is a 2 minute walk to the tram and bus stop at Humilius station, from which you can take any of the free (very nice) public transport options to most sections of the city with little difficulty. We took a free train and bus ride to Vianden (a little less than 2 hour trip) to see the castle - a nice trip. The hotel is extremely well situated for most anything that you could want to do.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. We didn't make use of the restaurants in the hotel, so I can't comment on the food. The facilities are clean, and it felt very nice to be there.

Just amazing hotel!!! Location was perfect, in historical center! The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was just wonderful, very big and beautiful and clean! The hotel is located in old building, so you will feel like you are staying in a castle)) Literally in love with that hotel! The restaurant and bar were good as well. This hotel is exquisite and worth every penny (or euro 😉) Our room was absolutely stunning with the soaring ceilings and old wood beams, We had a gorgeous bed with a velvet headboard and all of the furnishings were luxurious. The bathroom was perfect for two people with a separate water closet and a wonderful shower with great water pressure. The location cant be beat for amazing shopping and easy access to free tram and buses and delicious places to eat. The staff is wonderfully helpful and first class. I would definitely stay here again!

Centrally located on the city’s main square, the hotel was just a 10 minute taxi from the train station. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely. The bed was so comfortable with luxurious sheets and soft down pillows. The bathrobe was thick and inviting. Bath accessories smelled heavenly. The minibar was stocked with everything we needed.

The standard breakfast doesn’t have vegan options, but the hotel provided avocado toast (normally a surcharge) as an option. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us!

Great location and very comfortable room and bed. Hotel restaurant was pricey and much more fancy than we were looking for but great location near many other affordable and casual options!

Would have loved to have coffee making option in the room but room service was very responsive and we were able to get coffee from them once and once at a small cafe we had eaten dinner at right next door!

I have stayed here many times each year for the last 15 years so I think that says it all.

On this occasion, I booked a junior suite but did not particularly care for this particular offering (room 10) due to the split level nature of the room, with rather difficult stairs to manoeuvre.

hotel has had no UK tv channels for years despite having tv lists showing they do. Only France 24 and Bloomberg are available. For a hotel of this standard either fix the issue or update your room channel lists. It gets very frustrating saying you offer something that you don’t. I have used this hotel for 15 years and it has been a long term issue.

Amazing hotel! We had a room on the top floor (3) with open ceilings and sky lights. The decor is lovely- spacious bathroom. We ordered a bottle of sparkling wine and it was delivered promptly with professional service. We ate in the bistro outside on the square- good food and fun to be outside to people watch. Easy location for walking.

The parking! I wish I had understood that we couldn't get to the hotel by car and drop our luggage. It was Sunday afternoon and the streets surrounding are blocked for walkers/restaurants. We were very turned around on the small streets. My advice- call ahead and get the address of the parking garage. Google map to that location, park and walk your bags in. It's very close (.2miles). Because we were staying just one night, we had moved things into one small roller bag. The front desk was very helpful.
