Spacious studio apartment with comfortable furniture and a bed. Great location just behind the park + nice sushi restaurant just to the right side of the main entrance! We liked the very spacious and low profile bed and lots of storages in a japanese kind of style. The layout of the studio was really nice too.

Getting the keys was very confusing. We didn't receive any information in advance about how to get the keys. We were just told to go to a different place to check-in. When we came there, the entrance door was locked and we didn't know who reach out to. In the end, we managed to find the receptionist, who explained that our key was in the envelope in the postbox inside the building where we were supposed to live and said to us the code of the entrance door of that building. Overall, it was a good experience but with a hassle around getting the keys.

We had a great stay at Key Inn. The location is great, just next to the bus stop to the airport. Bordering on a lovely park with a cute place for lunch. Easy check-in. Attentive staff reacted to our request for extra duvet immediately. Extra comfortable bed. Kitchen equipped sufficiently for a short stay. Nice and clean bathroom and toilet. Modern design, especially of the sleeping area. Large windows bringing in loads of light. Would definitely stay here again.

The nespresso coffee machine is superb, but I'd leave more coffee pads- couldn't find them in stores. But then, there are two coffee bars downstairs, so manageable.

It's an Aparthotel. Check-in was done via instructions delivered via WhatsApp to get the building's door entry code and how to get your room key, etc. This went perfectly. Very personal service. The room was a complete studio apartment of about 45 square meters. It was very well laid out, modern, etc. If the room were 20 m2 bigger you could live in it! Very cozy! There was also a balcony off of the bedroom and living room, where one could eat breakfast or have a drink together. The location is in a nice neighbourhood about 5 minutes car ride from Place d'Armes (the center of Luxembourg City). The price/quality ratio is very good.

We added "breakfast" on for €5 extra. it was a loaf of toastable bread, butter, jam, 4 Nespresso capsules and 2 packs of fruit juice. In principle fine for the price! However, I would have preferred them to say this is what it was on the room description AND to say that there is an excellent boulangerie/patisserie ("Kremer's") 15 meters from the entrance. One could sit and eat at Kremer's and I would suggest you do so if you stay here. We did!

Everything was good except lack of lighting in kitchen area. Also old food stains on the easy chair nearest kitchen side which didn't show up until we had curtains open and daylight, as lighting poor over that end of room. Extractor in bathroom not working and drain in shower area slow to drain , water flooding into wash basin area on floor. Otherwise, all good and we enjoyed our stay and use again. English instructions for tv equipment would be useful

A very nice Apartment. Access was easy and friendly.

The key card didn't always work and on our last night we weren't sure we were going to get in. Don't get the breakfast. It's definitively not worth it. White toast bread with packed Butter and jam. A Juice Pack and one coffee pod per person. We ended up going for coffee after breakfast. Really not good at all.

It was beyond my expectations, an excellent apartment with all amenities (only slippers were missing). This is not a hotel, but an apartment with a kitchen and all amenities (you can cook, make coffee, toast, etc.). Shower and toilet were separate. The large balcony was a pleasant surprise. There is no reception and no contact with people, everything is online, which was a plus for me 🫡😉

Please don't forget about shower gel.

The studio is pretty good. A few good restaurants around were a good surprise. I didn't expect it because it is not a central location. The bed is pretty comfortable. It is not a central location, but it has a good public transportation bus system that can take you wherever you want to go.

The location is not so central.

Huge room, felt secure, only 20 mins walk into the centre. Nice big comfortable bed. Fluffy towels, heated towel rail a nice bonus. Chairs were comfortable in kitchen/seating area.

Ran out of toilet roll but fortunately there were tissues we could use. Key card was a bit temperamental. Couldn’t get the TV to work.

The apartment is comfortable and with a lot of space. It has everything you need for a short stay. The location is nice. Around 30 minutes walking from the city center and with access to several routes by bus (which is free). Parking around the property during the weekend was also easy.

Comfortable flat, decently appointed. Clean and I liked being near the park. Easy walk to the centre or well connected by the fantastic Luxembourg free busses.

The weird little chairs weren't very comfortable. I couldn't get the TV to work, but I also didn't really care and just watched Netflix on my tablet.
