The location of the Hotel is fabulous, there is a bus stop up front, which takes less than 15 min to the city centre. The forest is in the back for a relaxing walk. The wellness area is awesome as well, fitness, pool, sauna, Hammam.

The breakfast is quite generic, adding a tray to the scenerio makes it nearly a youth hostel experience. I won't book breakfast again. Also, the mattress is sooo soft, that it felt as if I was nearly swallowed. My nights were not comfortable.

The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom clean. The shower was lovely and powerful. The room was cleaned and serviced thoroughly each day.the staff were excellent, professional and courteous. Breakfast was excellent with many different choices of hot and cold food. The hotel was busy with functions but we were never disturbed by noise. It was lovely and peaceful. When I opened the window in the evening I heard an owl hooting in the forest behind the hotel.

It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea making facilities in the room. The bar provided hot water, but not the same as having a kettle in the room. The pool was cold at 28 degrees C

We had a great stay. The hotel was close enough to the airport and center and was surrounded by trees in nature which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the inside pool is quite cold, which was a big downer since we were looking forward to just hanging out in there at the end of a long day. Also, not so much of a problem, but both robes and slippers in the room were quite large, so well they fit my friend perfectly, they looked funnily large on me. Also, please note that while it's a quick 10 to 15 minute bus ride to both the airport and city center, they mostly pass by every hour or so do you check the schedules and plan accordingly if you don't wanna wait too long.

The hotel is ideally situated, in the city of Luxemburg but just outside the city center which provides for a green, tranquil and pure environment. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and parking your car is free so both going by public transport or exploring the country by car are viable options. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and tidy, and the food and drinks are excellent although the music in the restaurant was not really our choice. There are several nice swimming pools. We loved the one outside, after a hot day it was really refreshing to take a dip.

Mind you that all this comes at a steep price! This is not a cheap hotel and for example a glass of wine at the bar/in the restaurant is almost € 10. The hotel could improve on some minor points. For example the shower gel in the room was not supplemented every day, a bath towel was not always replaced, a versatile looking machine in the gym was broken, and we had no hot water one day and had to wait until the next morning to be able to shower. Usually these points could be fixed by just going to the reception and issuing a complaint, but the hotel could really improve on these small points. After all: this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and as stated, it is not exactly cheap.

This is the first time we stayed at this hotel. Having lived in the city previously there was never really a need to consider a hotel but now that we were just visiting I can say that the hotel is large, clean, quiet, with ample parking with good road connections to the north, west in to Belgium, south in to France and East in to Germany. And really quite close to the town centre but still surrounded by forest. Any hotel breakfast is always convenient but does often lack atmosphere. I believe it is always better to try something local in one of the many cafes where you get to absorb more atmosphere but that does take time.

No complaints at all. And if you are used to swimming in the English Channel then the outside pool is positively tropical! - otherwise swim in the small indoor pool, Nice gym, steam room & Sauna too. All nice and clean.

This hotel is situated in an incredibly beautiful location, boasting a spacious and cozy atmosphere. The expansive parking area sets it apart from other hotels, offering a significant advantage. The wellness zone was a highlight for me – everything is new and immaculate. The pool maintained a perfect temperature, providing a delightful view of the surroundings.

I was disappointed that there wasn't a basic coffee setup in the room. It would be fantastic to offer this option for guests, as not everyone finds it comfortable to head to the bar in the morning. Additionally, the deposit process for the minibar was a bit inconvenient, as not all cards were accepted. The rooms could benefit from cosmetic repairs to match the beautiful lobby, and improving soundproofing would be great as well.

The pools (indoor and outdoor), sauna and steam room are of a high quality but often quite busy. We recommend going first thing in the morning if you want some space in the pool. The room was clean and tidy with modern furnishings and reliably hot showers. Slippers, compfy robes and towels provided in the room. There is also a safe in the room. There is bus access directly outside the hotel and buses are free in Luxembourg.

The WiFi had a bad connection in our room, though it was good in the lobby. The closest cafes/restaurants/shops are 25+ minutes walk in Dommeldange & Eich. There's a bus but it only comes once every hour. There are self-service washing facilities on level 5, but the dryer is terrible. The reception gave us a free token to run it a second time, after which our clothes were still wet. The food at the restaurant is good but there were minor stuffups in our orders both nights we ate there. Generally it was quiet but one night we heard sounds from another room; it weirdly seemed to travel through the bathroom vent. Our room faced out the front onto a relatively busy road, all night there were cars driving past, though you can't hear the cars if the windows is shut.

This is a classic big business/conference hotel so has all that you'd expect - good rooms, a reasonable restaurant and bar, plenty of parking and some additional services to make your stay more pleasant. As an entry point to Luxembourg city this was perfect for us. A bus stop right outside the hotel made travelling in and out of the city really easy and easy access to the ring roads made our coming and going very easy. The hotel is also situated near some lovely woods which made for a lovely walk.

Very expensive breakfast - we didn't partake. 'Smokers corner' is right outside the front door so if you time it wrong you enter or exit through a cloud of smoke 😖

Upon arrival at the reception, the friendly staff helped me with the check-in. I got a card from my room and went to my room. The room was clean, it was not vacuumed and pieces of cookies were left by someone on the carpet, but just at that time there was a cleaning service in the corridor. The women didn't speak English, but they immediately vacuumed the whole room. Then I went to the sauna, swimming pool and hammam. Amazing feelings. Next to the hotel there is a stop for a free bus to the city center. So 10-15 minutes from the hotel there is another stop, buses go there until 4 in the morning. There is also a bar open at night where you can have fun. Conclusion: price / quality 10/10, hotel 8/10, room 9/10, staff 10/10, service 9/10, pool 100/10. With the choice of a hotel, I would not doubt. I would come again!

A Spa hotel. Very good, clean, receptionist very attentives, free parking! (included on the prize of the hotel) perfect pool, sauna hammam (turkish bath), showers (my wife and I we both agree); The breakfast room was also perfect.

Nothing that can be attributed to the Hotel itself but a kind of "bad luck" the day of our arrival. In fact the day of our arrival (Sunday), we felt that a lot of people were going up and down everywhere the hotel (outside, inside, corridor, etc). We did not understand. But we were told that this very same day two sport selections were at the hotel: one sport selection of karate and the other basketball. And that was the cause of this abnormal mouvement that we felt. (and some young "playing" karate at the pool and breaking the calm atmosphere one would have expected. But we say it again: it is an imponderable and there is no one person who should have to assume this discomfort that we feel.
