Everything working good, very clean and comfortable room. Super good shower with enough space for this category. Location is the best, restaurants around walkable distance. Few minutes from tram station. Breakfast very complete. The staff was always attentive and friendly.

I was on the ground floor, aside from my room was the staff office and also several conference rooms, my room was not sound proof. There was all the time sound from people voices, service trailer going back and forth. I was little bit disappointed. I like very much Accor Hotels. This is the only minor the rest super good.

I liked the area the hotel was in as it was quiet but still close enough to transport links. There was no language barrier with the hotel staff and the room was kept clean throughout the stay. The room has a generous size TV, desk and shower as well as aircon, somewhere to hang clothes, mini fridge, hair dryer and safe. They also provide you with a glass bottle that you can fill with water in the hallway which I thought was a very nice touch. We didn't have breakfast during our stay as we used the mini fridge to store some items but we had dinner there which were good portion sizes and friendly staff. The hotel reception had a table that kids could play games on which my son loved. They did also have a kids room that had a football table and a screen as well. It was very good & for my trip next year, I would book again in a heartbeat

It is a business hotel doing its best to cater for families on weekends. They got in balloon animal makers for the mornings, which made all the children as many balloon sculptures as they could carry - much to all their delight. The breakfast has a huge range, and the rooms are OK. It's a little out of the centre, but the trams are free and there are plenty of scenic walks around the area.

It's in a predominantly business area, and there is surprisingly little open on weekends. On Google there are about a dozen places to eat nearby - but only one was open on a Sunday evening. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, and probably need replacing. As a footnote, our room also had some of the worst hotel art we'd ever seen. We just took it off the wall.

There were a lot of fun activities for children (play room, bouncer castle). The breakfast room was large enough and nicely designed. The breakfast itself can also be recommended. There was even one table set aside for children's meals. We could charge our electric car right in front of the hotel. Free dringing water from drinking fountains.

We were a little pressed for time because we had tickets for the casemates and we were hungry. So we had to by potato chips in the hotel lobby and discovered that one tiny bag was really 4 euros. The room could have needed a bit of color, the entire hotel maybe a little warmth - but at the end of the day, it's a business hotel and that's just fine.

The hotel was gorgeous and modern. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a solution a bit outside the city center. There was a tram station not too far from the hotel under the Europarliment building (an amazing looking building, by the way!). Also, mass transit in Luxembourg is free! The ride was less than 10 minutes from the hotel to the central square. I would also highly recommend the restaurant. I had the chicken pot pie, simply amazing! My father had a hamburger which he also said was very good!

I liked everything about this hotel. I don't believe I have any complaints.

We stayed at Novotel Kirchberg Hotel over Easter and enjoyed our stays so much. The staff were very friendly especially the lady at the front desk( Lilian/Liliana) not sure if I spelled it wrong. Her friendliness and thoughtfulness impressed us alot . Very knowledgeable asset for the Property . Thank you so much again to delight up our stays in Luxembourg. Anyhow the location of the hotel is slightly located outskirts but with the tram and bus right in front of the entrance you can be easily accessed to the inner city. The breakfast was very rich and diff. Varieties offered. We will definitely come back again.

they have 2 different parking cards, one for exit and one for elevators, while checkout i suppose this is receptions responsibility to inform guests if they will need second card for using elevators. i had parked my car indoor and at -2 level without those card you cannot enter indoor parking. all the way i had to come back to reception with my first card that she informed will only work for exit from parking and not for elevators. And there was no sign of feeling sorry for not giving the second card or feeling that it happened by mistake.

Breakfast was great, room was a great size when travelling with family and young children. Location was great, a few metres away from the tramline. Electric car charging facilities on site which were very useful. Staff were very nice and helpful

The "Muzak" played through the speakers in the outside areas, would be better having either silence or something current or classical The building work, looking good and you can see the efforts paying off, not great if you were using the hotel during the day.

OK so the breakfast was pretty massive and had a little something of everything to satiate the pallet. The check in was super easy however parking at the property was super limited. My room was fantastic and they even sent someone to my room to make up the couch bed where my kiddo wanted to sleep within 5 min of checking into the rooom. A quick 5 minute walk to the public transportation ( which is free) and you are whisked to the city... Or you can enjoy the views on a pleasent walk from teh property to the city center.

There was a unleashed dog on our floor that was freely runinng up and down the hallway to the point where I needed to open the door first as my child is super terrified of dogs.

Hotel is in the new part of the city, and has great big triple room. Breakfast was delicious, included within the price of night stay, lot of food and drink options and nice staff. Tram station is just around the corner (European parlament station) which is free for ride in Luxembourg and takes you quickly around the city. Staff was helpful, room was clean. We liked the hotel and its location in general even though we stayed for 1 night only and continued our trip to other country.
