Strategic location to Kimberley food street, Pragin mall, 1st Avenue mall and Top Komtar. Besides, Teochew Chendul shop is about 5-10 mins walk away. Moreover, you can easily catch a bus to tourist destinations from bus terminal not far from Pragin mall. There is a water dispenser on Level 2 of hotel for you to refill your water bottle. Had opportunity to sample most yummy Penang food as there is a night food mkt at the doorstep.

Bear in mind that you can only check in after 3pm in this hotel. Just leave your luggage in baggage room and go window shopping first. Small bathroom and rolls of toilet ppr in twin sharing room. Noise from corridor can be heard from room at nite.

The location is very nice because it is in the middle of Georgetown I guess. I only need to walk from the ferry and straight to the hotel. Near to Little India, Penang Street Art and Chulia street (for who like to go have beer but not me tho). It also very near to the mall (1st avenue mall and komtar mall) like across the road. Also near to Nasi Kandar beratur and other famous nasi kandar places in Penang. The hotel also nice and the staff is very nice especially the cafe staff. The breakfast menu also nice. The staff alway clean the room when I go out. Easy to check-in and check-out. Very recommended 👍👍

Should added more facilities in room like mini bar or something.

Location is great! Hotel prepared per my request to have a room with window. Wide corridor outside my door facing road. Air-conditioning is good. Occasionally see a few ants but room is considered clean.

Every night (except Sun 1am) between 12am-1am, the garbage truck will stop right at the building to clear rubbish. The truck will rev the engine very loudly and takes about 15mins before driving off. It was very noisy! Mattress was a bit hard but pillows were comfortable. Shampoo/shower gel is a small tube per day for 2 persons.

Very clean. Good location with lots of good restaurants and Kopi shops nearby. Very friendly staff.

When I made the booking on booking.com, the description for the Standard Queen Room says there is View. The photos on the website also suggest there is view from the windows. Yes, there is a window but it opens out to a narrow enclosed space (and so there is no air flow) and you can see the opposite room. Also, for the same rate at other similar colonial townhouse hotels in Georgetown, you get a hair dryer in your room - which you don't get here.

Breakfast was very good. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially Puskar who was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Free filtered water machines on every floor

It is really good that they have the free filtered water and they have a sign about reducing plastic waste, yet they give you single use plastic shampoo and soap and single use plastic stirrers for coffee/tea. Please give metal spoons and why not use the pump on the wall for shampoo/soap rather than wasting plastic every day.

hotel in the middle of town..just walking distance to the attraction place..got parking for cars and motorcycles..got breakfast at the hotel too...big room, got water dispenser every floor

a bit disappointed that the roof top area is closed due to complaints from guests before. at first i chose this hotel because of the rooftop..planning to chillax at the rooftop at night to enjoy the scenery...the rooms are not soundproof.we can hear clearly people talking in front of our room

Warm welcome Helpful staff Superb room which went way above my expectations, decent size room comfortable bed Restaurant was superb for Dinner varied menu good prices and great food well presented and the waiter was pleasant and good at his job I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and if I return to Penang will most definitely stay here again

Nice staff, good service and overall clean. Great food in the partnered restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Location is good, nearby mall and other resurants including a short walk to the main attractions. We checked out a night earlier due a flight we needed to catch and they accommodated us through booking.com to get a refund for that one day.

Toilets could be cleaner. I guess it's because they have a lot of rooms and don't really open up the rim so just a bit more thorough cleaning in the toilets and all good.
