Staff at front desk were very helpful upon our arrival and throughout our stay. The lobby and corridors were clean and tidy. Really appreciated the accessible water dispenser too. Decor was pleasant and cozy. The room was spotless when we arrived so that was great! The room was stocked with essentials like clean mugs, water bottle, kettle and fridge. Was nice to have power points on either side of the bed too. The gold decals in the bathroom were a nice touch. The garden area and mattress were comfortable.

Not all of the following are dislikes, but more suggestions for improvements - It would have been great to have a wardrobe or clothes rack. Although the room had provided 2 hangers on a wall hook, it would have been really nice to store / hang clothes somewhere since we stayed for a few days. Pillows were a bit stiff. Shower heater was often inconsistent in temperature. The table in the garden area was not waterproof and had begun to expand from the rain but very much still usable. Although we appreciated the cute little mushrooms growing out of the expanded wood, other guests might not, so feel free to check on this if necessary.

1. Excellent location, almost all the attractions we wanted to visit were within walking distance (except Batu Ferringi and Penang Hill). 2. The receptionists were polite and friendly, always ready to answer any questions. 3. The facilities in the room were fully functional, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. The air conditioning was very effective, it became chilly within a few moments, and the hot water in the shower was also great. 4. There were so many delicious food options around, we couldn't possibly try them all.

I hate my stomach is too small to fit all the delicious food in Penang!

The hotel is located at somewhere very strategic, near to the street famous with food, even there is one nice milktea shop called Chagee just behind the hotel. Besides, it is walking distance like 15 mins to Esplanade, where you can hangout with your partner or your friends together.

At first, the shower in the first room we got has broken so we informed the staff to change to another room for our better stay. Luckily there is one empty room and they did relocate us to the room but the bed has broken strings. However, it is still a comfortable stay at there. They might need to refurnish their facilities.

Good location for walking around Old George Town. Nice to have a ceiling fan, although we could not regular its high speed. In room K we had little street noise. Good device-charging sites and counter space for things.

Not enough clothing hangers and no closet. Though made of a luxuriantly beautiful, dark green fabric, the curtain was not "blackout." Because our room's window was facing the hallway, ensuring privacy required closing the curtain. The lobby felt claustrophobic since a metal covering is kept nearly closed all the time. Was difficult to locate, even for the Grab driver, especially because of minimal signage.

Location is great very close to Armenian Street and Komtar Bus terminal. The room has the appearence and the details of a boutique hotel. The bathroom was very nice and soap snd shampoo provided oh good quality.

The room is rather small and has no natural light just a window on the hallway. the aircon makes terrible noise and blows air directly on the bed, so it's difficult to sleep; the fan also is very noisy; without the aircon of fan it's very hot; the bed wasn't very comfortable the pillows are very hard; the towels provided are of low quality; cleaning could be improved; there are cockroaches în the room.

The hotel is in an amazing location, all the attractions are walkable. The staff is friendly. For the cleaning, you only need to stick the cleaning sign (behind the don't disturb) on the knob of the room's door. The water machine along the coffee is provided in the reception.

My neighbors were kind of loud I can hear everything, so it can get a bit of annoying. The hotel sign is small, it's a bit of hard to see it.

Great location with good food around and walking distance to all the sighta in George town. It is also near to Komtar and thus easy to take buses out to batu ferringhi, Penang hill etc. Staff were lovely and helpful too. Facilities and room looks well maintained and modern, small room but it has everything that you need in a small space. I especially like that there is a ceiling fan on top of aircon.

Room gets a little stuffy as we left all windows and balcony doors closed while we are out. Would be nice if there is ventilation system for the bathroom. Otherwise, really a grear value for money choice accommodation.

The location is perfect. All Georgetown attraction is within walking distance form the hotel. Nice & clean room at good reasonable price. Perfect for short stay even for guess with family.

The parking instruction could be helpful as this hotel do has parking lot (free). I use Google Maps but cannot find the parking lot until the receptionist dm me the details. It could have been better if this information being shared early to guess who came with his own transport.

The room and bathroom are spacious and I love the interior design, it's aesthetic and vintage. The room is very clean. There is a fridge and iron and iron board in the room. This hotel is located at UNESCO Heritage and its very wonderful and amazing. This hotel also located not too far from upside down museum and dark glow museum. You can find food everywhere near this hotel. From check in to check out, everything is perfect. My sister and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. But one thing saja, if you bring heavy luggage, better think twice because there is no lift, only using stairs. Also you might miss the hotel because the sign is too kecil. Maybe next time when i came to visit penang again, i will stay here again.

Well only few things which i already mentioned, the hotel signboard hard too find. One thing, sometimes you can hear car noise since it near with the road. For me okay lah.
