Hotel is great and staff are amazing. Great breakfast buffet spread and worth getting as there are no good cafes or restaurants around the immediate surrounding area. Pool is great, but could do with a regular clean as water gets murky and a little dirty.

There are no decent restaurants or cafes around the area and you will need to either walk to the seafront boardwalk or take a grab to a mall etc. The Saturday dinner buffet was decent, but it would be great to have the food being actively warmed up, especially the trays being placed outside at the pool area.

The room and bathroom were both nice. Breakfast was great - additional local fruit selection would make it stellar. Free parking was a plus. The staff were hospitable and friendly. Half price drinks (select few), and cakes from the cafe, between 4-7pm. The rooftop pool was great, but consider it is not covered. Did not dine at the hotel for lunch or dinner; can recommend the seafood restaurant next door (welcome seafood). The free cot is only for children under 2, but staff were kind enough to supply a bed.

Location is an issue. A car is necessary to get around.

The breakfast buffet was so good, good spread of varieties with quality. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable.

when we checked in around 4 pm, the room was not ready. We were so tired with lots of luggage and the check out time stated was around noon, so there should have enough cleaners to clean the rooms and get ready for the new guests to arrive. As this is an international brand hotel, room ready for check in should stick to the given time. So, we were not very happy with the delay for more than an hour and to compromise the room being not cleaned properly?

Room and Service The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. A shout out to Christy who checked me and my family in and out of the hotel. Made the experience quite easy albeit it being late in the evening. The amenities were complete. The bed was amazing! My sister in law was on the extra bed which we requested and she slept like a baby! I especially appreciate the bidet toilet. There is also satelite TV which was great as the Korean Open (badminton) was on at the time and the family could watch the matches live. Benefits for Family with Small Kids There is a kettle in the room so your access to hot water for formula or reheating breast milk / packed baby food is not a problem especially if you don't travel with a bottle warmer. Sinks are deep enough for a quick bath for your babies not older than 1.5yrs otherwise the shower has a separate setting for either rain shower or the hand held showers. Lots of fruits, cereal and yogurt at the continental breakfast. Walls are thick enough where people won't hear your baby cry - you don't have to worry about disturbing others! Rooftop Pool Since it was a family trip, I was with my 17 month old daughter and appreciated that the pool was divided into two areas with a shallow end where smaller kids could play. The roof top pool is also a beautiful area for pictures. Got some nice shots of my daughter and husband lounging around. The greenery is quite picturesque. Things to Splurge On If you can afford to I would recommend splurging on getting the executive rooms with access to the Executive Lounge. Your breakfast and hi tea are sorted and the food is excellent and kid friendly too (I'm still thinking about the thai fried rice they served for breakfast!). Lobby Cafe + Other Food Access My husband and sister in law (both coffee drinkers) enjoyed the coffee from the cafe at the lobby - one of the best lattes theyve had!

Only two very minor things I didn't like: 1. I ordered room service and amongst the items I got was the oxtail soup and it came luke warm (as mentioned, this was very minor) but the soup itself was quite flavourful and all the other food I ordered was good too! 2. I feel like the room could have a few more rubbish bins. Found it a bit of a hassle to have to go to the toilet when wanting to throw some small bits and bobs. With a toddler, easy access to bins is always a huge plus.

Our stay at the Hilton Hotel was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. However, it's important to note that access to the executive lounge on the executive floor came with an additional fee. While the lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere and offered various amenities, such as evening refreshments, the extra cost should be considered when making a booking decision. The hotel's location was convenient and allowed easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, we had a positive experience at the Hilton Hotel, but be mindful of any additional charges

The staff. The concierge, Ben. He was so helpful. The location. It’s easy walk to most places. If you can’t walk, get a Grab. The rooftop pool is wonderful. Close to many food stalls, restaurants, and attractions. The shower was very nice. I liked the separate toilet, shower, and sink.

The location of my premium room. It was in between the service elevators, the housekeeping closet, and the guest elevators. You could hear a clanging and banging from 6:30 am to 11 pm. The view was awful and the room was dark. The couch had stains on it.

The room was spacious with ample space to store things. Breakfast buffet was good. The Chinese waiter or is he the head during the breakfast, is very helpful.

The shower head water pressure was very low. Enjoyed the Saturday seafood n bbq buffet was disappointing that the bbq beef and lamb were hard. Need a lot of improvement on that. Not much dessert variety too.

The lobby and room environment are grand with nice interior design, feel comfortable, this is the reason why I choose Hilton. Breakfast price are good come with various choice to compare with others hotel. Staff is good too, efficiency, nice with big smile, helpful.

The first night the room I stayed was terrible. I couldnt fall asleep since 2am to 5am until I requested to change a new room after my breakfast. I heard there is a door keep open and close(loud out loud), some more I can feel the vibration. Actually there are more behind, don't feel like explain much here. Oh ya! The breakfast, should focus more on the cleanliness. Plates and chairs, etc.

We had a really pleasant stay here. The staff were lovely and made an effort to get to know their guests. Good location right beside outdoor food markets and a short walk to the seafront The breakfast was out of this world- the best buffet we have experienced! The room was modern and clean. I had lunch by the pool and it was delicious and a lovely Laksa for dinner one night- also delicious. The pool is nice, average size and the gym is very clean and has a good selection of weights and equipment.

We had a noisy floor with a lot of kids running around early in the am and at night ( not the hotels fault I guess) Nothing else!

I liked that the hotel staff would text to ask if you needed assistance - attention to detail! The pool was good for a dip and some sunbathing too.

Service at night was particularly slow. I asked for a hair dryer as there wasn't one in the room and had to wait 45 mins for it to arrive. Should have just gone down to reception to get it myself, would have been much quicker. but kudos to them that they are much more responsive in the mornings/afternoons.
