For a budget hotel, you don't need more than a comfy bed in a clean room and a good shower which is provided by this hotel.

Because the room doesn't have a window, there may be a dampness smell, but it is not that strong.

absolutely..i regret choosing much cheaper hotel around bukit bintang when i need to extend my stay....i extend my stay at lousy hotel that difference only rm30 from asia like..i have no complaint at asia...

Good location, comfy bed, and strong Air-conditioning & water pressure in the shower.

I noticed that the level of cleanliness in the guestroom has dropped, compared to my previous stays. The horizontal clothes hanger-stand & the A/C unit were slightly dusty. The metal towel-rack in the bathroom was loose & partially detached.

Its clean. It got water dispenser that have cold ambient and hot options

The ironing station is at the emergency staircase, it was creepy and not so safe and it is poorly lit.

Brilliant location! Spacious room Comfortable bedding. No issues with the AC - lovely and cool. Free filtered water dispenser: cold, boiling, room temperature. Helpful staff.

The finish to the room e.g. paint could use some work. There was paint peeling and flaking onto the floor. Paint splatters on the ceiling. Did it affect my stay or enjoyment? -no. It could do with being addressed though.

The hotel is located at Bukit Bintang. It's near by lots of famous place such as Jalan Alor, Sungei Wang Plaza, Bejaya Times Square, Pavilion, Lot 10, Jalan Petaling and River of Life, etc. Most of time I walked to that places. It's just far about a couple of hundred meters. My room didn't include hair dryer, fridge and window. But it's okay. I don't think it's a big deal with this great location.

I think you need to add slippers, comb and bath mat for each room.

Checked in here few times already, very satisfied as a budget hotel, near times square and monorail imbi, can travel alone without getting worried of your safety since there's lots of people walking here and there around that area

Its just that this time when i checked in the floor is kind of sticky, maybe they didnt wash up properly after mop but everything else is fine♥️

The location is fantastic and connected with metro. One reception staff Saadiah is so hospitable, nice and friendly. Her courtesy is the best.

Wifi was not connecting properly in room #306, informed reception however no action was taken.

The bed is comfy, the whole bedroom is comfortable for staying for long hours as I was working at night. The receptionists and housekeeping staff are really friendly and helpful.

The pillow's kinda flat so it kinda hurt my neck. The water dispenser at the 2nd floor can only dispense cold water, had to go to the 3rd floor for hot water. The bathroom has really poor drainage, felt like getting a small flood everytime after taking a bath.

Located near Bukit Bintang and just a stroll away from the train stations (LRT / Monorail). The room was small but was compensated with a comfortable double bed. There were 2 windows but the sight was towards the back alley. Water pressure was strong. Friendly staff who tried to make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible.
