Very small amount of shampoo and body soap. Lack of security as can access every floor without using access card.

The location of the hotel is within easy walking distance of the popular Jalan Alor which is packed with places to eat and drink. Imbi Monorail Station is just a short walk away, as is Chinatown. Popular shopping malls and tourist attractions are within easy reach of this hotel, either on foot or by a short taxi ride.

We were disappointed with the breakfast and chose to take breakfast elsewhere. It was clear the dining room staff were having difficulty keeping the buffet stocked with food. On the occasion that we were there, we left feeling both hungry and disappointed.

On the final day, after checking out, we had a late departure and went out for the day. I accidentally left my camera in a taxi. The taxi contacted the hotel but they couldn't contact us. When we returned to the hotel, the staff helped us contact the taxi company. They then went out of their way to ensure that the camera was returned to me. I particularly want to thank , and commend Laka & Adam.

Perfect location (just 10 mins walk from Bukit Bintang), 7/11 and other convenience stores just across the road. Clean with new towels provided everyday and fresh sheets. Shower gel, soap and shampoo was also provided which my friend used. The beds are comfy and the room has a lot of space. Really recommend this hotel.

The area is on a main road so it can be very very difficult to get Grabs. A 15 minute journey can turn into 35 mins. If you're a female solo traveller it's best not to walk back at night by yourself, otherwise the area is safe but it's best to be cautious. We didn't try the breakfast or use the gym/pool as there wasn't enough time so cannot say much about that.

Great location, really close to Jalan bukit bintang the food street, just across the road are a couple of supermarkets great for a teatime beer in room, room was a great size, large and roomy, big bathroom with a great walk in shower, air conditioning was brilliant, good amount of plugs with USB ports.

Bed was a little hard for our liking, the fridge in the room doesn’t work properly so beers were warm, the swimming pool on the 3rd floor could have been prettier, but was ok, the floor in the bathroom after a shower was really slippery, the tiles are not great when water on them, quite dangerous if you have children or for older people. The view from our room was onto the other hotels but as we were so central that don’t really matter.

The overall features of the hotel are good. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent, and worth the money if you want convenience. Their dine-in room service was also good.

Getting to the hotel from Berjaya Timesquare is slightly inconvenient as you need to walk quite a bit & cross the major road safely to get to the property. I wouldn't recommend it to seniors unless they're taking a taxi from the airport.

Hospitality and room service. We came early before the check in time but without a fuss the staff specifically Laka was very helpful for arranging the early check in. Very thankful.

There is nothing you don’t like about the property. We loved our stay.

Breakfast was fabulous. So much choice. Sadly fried eggs were cold as was a lot of the food that was supposed to be heated. Omelette was hot but freshly made.

The bathroom floors are dangerous when wet. A bathroom mat doesn't help. I think someone will have a serious accident slipping on the wet floor.
