1)Alor night market -downstair is Jalan Alor night market, bukit bintang lrt located end of Jalan Alor 2)Car parking -behind hotel inside got 2 storey car park, 6-7 lots per storey only,first come first served basis 3)hot rain shower -water pressure high, nice 4)lift available - (hotel got 13 floor in total) 5)centralized aircon - cool enough 6)things provided - security box, small fridge, hair dryer

1)shampoo provided-smell not nice 2)toothpaste & toothbrush not provided - can buy at KK Mart downstair 3)breakfast as at 6/8/22 (limited choice, taste ok in overall,orange juice not nice) i have rendang chicken (fried rice/bee hoon),fried egg, salad(just lettuce),white bread (bread oven provided), coco crunks (milk provided)

1) Kevin at the front desk was friendly and approachable. He ran an one-man operation at the front desk but everything was done in a breeze. Kudos! 2) The room was quite spacious and comfy. I like it that the local TV channel carried World Cup matches live. Wow! 3) The breakfast was nice. 4) The location of the hotel was right at Alor Street. This is the reason I stayed here again after 3 years. 5) The lift automatically goes to the floor you are staying at after tapping the room card. Fantastic!

1) The washroom cleanliness has definitely gone backwards since the time I stayed 3 years ago. Just a good scrubbing and the washroom would be good to go again! 2) The corridor outside the rooms could do with better lightings and vacuuming of the floor. 3) The eateries around Alor Street have changed a lot, my sense is that the crowd is now more tourists than local, and the price has perhaps adjusted to be more expensive as well.

The location is perfect for enjoying street food and shopping around the hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and provided all the requested facilities without delay.

Buffet breakfast didn't had many varieties.

Besides the two issues highligted, the rest are good..

There is no iron provided in the room..need to go to the laudry room at level 1..the parking space are limited at the hotel building..if u got lucky u will get the parking..if u dont wanna provide iron for each room or delivery @ the door, u may provide iron & the board at each floor which is much more convenient..

One of those boutique hotels that served to impress the quick and easy traveller. Located in the heart and happening of Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is situated at the tail-end of Jalan Alor. During the evenings, and into the late nights or even early mornings, food revellers roamed Jalan Alor for that delicious taste.

Initially, I stayed on the eighth floor facing Jalan Alor, and street buskers can be noisy till the wee hours of the morning. However, the rooms facing the back are much better. Some travellers don't follow smoking rules and alarms went off in the night. The hotel has to be stricter implementing the "No Smoking" rules. Asking for a smoking deposit is one carrot and punishment.

There wasn't a face towel. My 2bd room was provided with drinking water but no floor mate and the light wasn't repaired. My room was provided with a floor mate but no stirrer provided and no drinking water.

The location is very good, along the bustling Jln Alor food street where lots of local eateries congregate, and just minutes of walk away from the Bukit Bintang MRT Station and Monorail/LRT. It is within short walking distance to Lot 10 and Pavillion shopping malls. The room is one of the cleanest I stayed so far in Malaysia. For the price, the amenities in the room are complete with tissues, bath towels, fridge, safe deposit box, electric kettle, mineral water and coffee. The hot water shower works very well. The bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. I will come back to stay in this hotel anytime. The bellboy is very courteous and friendly, always ready to greet and open the lobby door for guests.

No toothbrush/toothpaste provided. The hand soap was a bit diluted. A metal spoon rather than plastic stirrer for coffee would be good. There was no indication or labelling of shampoo or Shower Gel, hence I could not tell which was which. A hand towel provided would be good. Despite the above minor shortcomings, this hotel is still one of the best.

The staff is very friendly and room is good too. The individual food items you order in the restaurant below is also very good. the staff was very co-operative and made sure that our requirements are met regardless of the time we requested this was very impressive.

We only ate breakfast on the first day; the breakfast buffet had minimal items, so we went with individual orders from the next day. The location is in a very, very crowded area, there are some street vendors, and unfortunately, some individuals use children for begging, which is heartbreaking.

Location is great.. food street at doorstep.. very comfortable bed.. parking available at basement but limited, so first come first serve.. Overall very happy

Clean and quiet room with fab views. All the expected amenities available in the room ie coffee making facilities, safe, hair dryer. Nice shower and toilet, with lots of hot water. Comfy bed and pillows although double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together. Excellent location in the heart bustling KL. Breakfast was a la carte and was quite good although not given vouchers at checkin but efficient restaurant staff sorted it out. Very friendly and welcoming security guard on duty on 17th Oct evening. I'd give him a raise 🤗
