tv problem sometimes noisy near window

Breakfast? Nada, None, No. Appeared clean but my 4 nites had NO maid service

No aircon, only fan air from the aircon. TV only for room decorations, no remote control and not provided when asked reception about it. Indian manager asked me to leave because I booked online instead of paying cash at reception desk. My room was NON REFUNDABLE so I refused and he argued and threatened me for demanding we call police to reslove the issue. Sunday morning around 0800 some hammering and noise making using electric tools continued until about 5PM. WI-FI not working, manager said was due to raining so when rain ended next day STILL NO Wi-Fi.

TV not available. REJECTED by Wi-FI except on poor signal channel not worth the delays. Even though all channels had same password. I can't help thinking my devices were blocked because I can do same same on my router. Price on Booking.com was Rm51 but they charged Rm50 "key deposit" with NO receipt, only a promise to refund it.

The only thing about the hotel that I like is the location otherwise nothing is good about this.

The condition of the rooms are very poor. AC doesn't work properly. The bathroom's taps and showers are damaged and it also not looked clean. The one thing that disappoints me most is the behavior of the staff at the reception. I booked the hotel and paid the fees via booking.com online but when I checked in at the hotel, they charged me 73 MYR more by saying that booking.com did not send me a voucher, therefore you have to pay more. I traveled a lot, first time I have seen this. Quite irritating... :( I tried to convince him but they didn't agree at all.

The location.

The price. I thought what I paid in booking.com is all I need to pay. But they charged me extra money. They said the room price is rm70. But in booking.com said only rm54 included tax. I really disappointed.

No wifi signala properly must come out for using wifi to lobby area.i inform to hotel incharge they say wifi signals are very weak

Facilities; aircond noisy at night; tv not functioning good; shower head not functioning well; hidden charges even after fully paid online, will need to pay Rm6.00 cash at counter, not stated in Booking.com itself. Really not as good as what has been stated in Booking.com.

the room was completely unacceptable. the hole wall in the bathroom was moulted. AC wasn’t working, wall under the ac was completely dirty. used condoms has been found in the bin. everything was really disgusting.

Booked on9 with booking.com and paid. But once we reached at the property, they didn't accept the booking and asked us to pay again for walk in reservation. The next day, there's no water supply in the morning till we checked out. Worst stay ever!!!!!!
