I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Astar Hotel which is new hotel in city. The hotel was clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. It was easy to find restaurants nearby, and the hotel was conveniently located close to public transport, making it easy to get around the city. The facilities complete with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, always smile and going extra mile to ensure my needs were met. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. The combination of cleanliness, great location, easy access to restaurants and public transport, excellent facilities make it a fantastic choice for a stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Brand new hotel! Very clean with a nice hot shower, the beds are very comfortable the room also has a nice cosy feel and the bathroom is well designed and really nice inside. Right in the heart of shops and restaurants but the room is quiet at night. We moved here from a really dirty, dank hotel where we didn't sleep a wink so we were so happy to move here!

If people are talking in the corridors it can be noisy. They were still finishing bits in the hotel and occasionally you can hear the noise of sawing or sanding.

New hotel in the centre of Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to all the attraction places in Bukit Bintang.

Soundproof in the room should be improve. We can hear people talking, singing and walking outside the room.

the cleanness were great. The bed were comfy. The overall was nice.

If the key card were more than one would be nice.

The place was clean. I got free water everyday.

They said they have airport pick up but no one came to pick me up.

Overall, stay was fine. Located near main attractions in Bukit bintang.

There were ants in the room. Housekeeping only made our beds but did not change our used tea cups. One could clearly hear people talking in the lobby.

The hotel is new and super clean and elegant. It is zero metres from the city centre.

The real cost for one night is 30 MYR more than the original one , because of 3 types of extra fees The teve is the cheapast possible one and not of high quality . Most of the rooms are small and have no windows.

The staff and position

The guy opposite with his musicians , singing so loud you could hear it in the property. It’s not the hotels fault but ask for a room at the back of the property

They are responsive, the staff are kind, the place is nice and aesthetic, good room, cold AC with toiletries, clean CR with shower and working bidet + the bed feels sooo nice! Makes you feel like home! The whole place is clean and accessible to most transportation like train, bus, grab. We also went to Pavillion Mall and Berjaya Times Square by walking since it’s nearby the area. Lots of great stuff that offers cheap prices. Food Restaurant and Malls is everywhere! I sweeear! CCTV is also working 24/7 so you’ll feel safe. It’s also near at Jalan Alor, we enjoyed most of the foods there! 🥰
