Excellent revamped hotel Staff very professional Bilqis at breakfast as well as the other lady was very hospitable we had to depart at 2am on saturday 30th december 2023 - the hotel provided a takeaway breakfast and the concierge was very very helpful in getting a taxi for us - I must thank the fort desk that was on duty at 2am on the 30th december

Top rated hotels which I have been stayed. The staff are very helpfull and kindfull, cleaning is good, breakfast tasty with a variety off food, very comfortable hotel, you can smell a nice air spray everywhere. Room is big with modern furnature.

A higher floor room not available due to maintenance. Room service poor, as our meal was poor quality or delivered not as advertised or requested.. For example nasi Goreng ordered but nasi Lemak delivered.

Room was not soundproof. Can hear people walking, talking, baby crying. And there's renovation going on during our stay.

The exceptionally beautiful hotel property my expectations in every aspect. Upon arrival, I was mesmerized by the immaculate floor design and cleanliness. The well-lit atmosphere created a welcoming ambiance, unlike other places with poor lighting. It truly set the tone for a memorable and comfortable stay. Staff The hotel staff were outstandingly super friendly and supportive throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests I had and were always eager to assist with any questions or concerns. Their genuine kindness and helpfulness made me feel truly valued as a guest, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Their exceptional level of service truly made my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. Great location. Across the way from the hotel is a large street food market/ restaurants some with live band depending on the day of the week.

In my opinion, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. The only issue we encountered was related to the address when requesting transportation. Due to another hotel with the name Hotel Royal, it’s important to be detailed and provide the full name “Hotel Royal Signature” along with the exact address to avoid confusion. Many services would go to the other hotel instead. This is just a recommendation and not a reflection on the property itself.

Great location, certainly in the middle of it all! Staff were really lovely and personable. Pool and bar area were nice too. Room was very comfortable. Welcome drink was very nice too. Common areas were all to a high level, despite odd and not that comfortable pool loungers - looked nice though!

For a 5 star hotel I expected a bit more, robes were both dirty but quickly changed. The rooms were clean enough but not to a high level. Good variety at breakfast but ingredients/allergy info would have been appreciated, no gluten free bread which had got at some other hotels in Malaysia. I would stay again though, felt the room was good value (but cocktails a bit expensive!)

The staff was very friendly, from those at reception to those in the breakfast hall and were always will to help and be of assistance. breakfast was good with a great variety of things from pastries, fruits to asian choice breakfast and western choice. The room was comfortable with a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Pool area and gym were also in a good condition.

The gym is very quiet - no background music playing. This is not a train smash but something to consider. There was no in-house Spa and it would be great to add this to the hotel.

Car park and check in were smooth, the room very clean, the bed very comfy, complimentary of snacks and mini bar daily, amenities in the bathroom and the fitness center opened for 24 hours was superb.

The breakfast was not up to 5 stars standard although they changed some of the dishes daily, some of the fresh vegetables at salad bar looks old, some watermelons were soul, tea only have one choice but the coffee was fine, the chicken for cold cut was tasteless, however we liked their pastry especially the red velvet muffin and the butter cake was very moisture.
