Situated at the best location in Bukit Bintang. Reasonable price for the location. Hotel is clean. Bed & pillow comfortable. I have been staying in this hotel for more than 10 times as I feel so comfortable and welcome. Mr. Thomas the Manager are the best. He helped me with my luggage and let us Checked in early. Thanks Most of the staffs are Nice, helpful & professional especially one staff name KOMATHI. She should be given an awards - Employee of the Month

I have a problem with one of the staff named KASSIM. I was not Happy with the way he reply me when I asked him to check on the room vacancies, since I wanted to extend our stays. I asked him, why do you talk to me like you re irratated? I only asking if any rooms available? Later When my hubby comes to update the Card, he asking many questions and asked for verification and so on, and makes him feel uncomfortable. As the front liner He should be given a Customer Service Courses. He should know how to great & treat customer nicely and makes customer feel welcome.

Fast check in and out, excellent location , near to Low yatt, sungei Wang plaza, lot 10, Jalan Alor food street, mrt,free bus GoKL , pavilion mall , Fahrenheit shopping Centre, Time Square and many more.

Toilet bowl often get stuck, maybe is just my room only.

The hotel location ia nearby the shopping centre @sg wg, lot10, lowyat, pavilion, berjaya timesquare, the brandsoutlet, sepora, can easily for food hunting & also safe area. From the room.hotel we can see the view Klcc & others. This hotel room is reach our level esp the aircondition The manager & staff hotel is also very politely & good, helper Also easy to get grab to go anyway & many more

Only we always missed & cant reach the cleaner because want to get change new towel, & top up our tea & coffe, sugar pack & water bottle. And also top up for toilet facilities esp tissue toilet, soap

The location was perfect! 5 mins walking to bukit bintang street and alor street. Surrounded by Sungei Wang Plaza and Plaza Low Yat. Jolibee, KFC and other food option accross the hotel and only 2 mins walk to 7/11 that open 24 hours. 5 mins walk to MRT Bukit Bintang and 10 mins to GoKL station as well as Monorail and Pavilion Mall. The hotel room was spacious and have small refrigerator. The toilets have bidet (perfect for asian!)

The worst ever car park. If you drive, you have to park at the shopping mall than walk all the way to the hotel so remember to bring down your stuff first. When you check-out please remember to get your ticket stamp and go to the auto-pay machine 1st before you drive out. This steps never be explain to you by the staff.

The location was just perfect for us to explore KL. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful, as well as efficient. Our rooms were made well every day. And we get the vibrant and pretty city view at night. We can't wait to get back to stay in this hotel again.

Our shower head happened to point to the wall. So we had to hold the head in one hand and use the other hand to shower which was rather difficult. But that's the only complaint we can think of. Everything else was superb.

The location is amazing, and so is the value for money - I'll make sure to stay here the next time I visit KL! Great staff, good size room and cleanliness. Big hotel with 24h reception and awesome view. The hotel is a bit older, but the only negative I can think of was the lack of power plugs and light switches by the bed

The hotel is very well located very close to various shopping malls, eateries and public transport. There are plentry of restaurants around the property. Sadly there is no in-house dining so you will need to venture off the property for breakfast. Perhaps this will change as time goes on given that we shifting away from the strict Covid protocols. We got a great view of the Towers on the 11th floor. The staff is very accommodating. WiFi could improve but not too serious. The carpets & lifts need a bit of a spring clean but overall it was a good stay. It caters for basic needs. I will stay here again.

Consider reintroducing an on sight restaurant (@ least for breakfast) as the bare minimum. Improve on the WiFi as the signal was a bit poor at times. The carpets & lifts need a bit of a spring clean. That being said overall it was a good stay.

The location is strategic and convenient to move around at the city's heart. Within walking distance to excess to the famous and happening places. Well connected to the railway transit if you want to travel a little further to various tourist attraction areas such as KLCC, TRX, etc

The furniture a little old but is still alright as they're still in good shape and well maintained

Strategic location - Within walking distance to surrounding shopping malls and near MRT station. Room - Comfortable and it has tea and coffee making facility, iron and ironing board, mini fridge just to name a few. Breakfast - Optional, but I did not include any during my stay.

TV - Remote control with flat battery, I didn't ask for it to be fixed as I didn't watch too much TV.
