location: is definitely a good location where you can easily walk to pavillion, lot 10, sungai wang etc. staff: staff are friendly and you can definitely "leave" your baggage if you reach early but not yet available to check in to your room room: room are clean, they even have coffee machine in the room which is complimentary for consumption.

noisy, you can hear the "busy-ness" of the road during night till mid night or later than mid night when there's no car at all on the road. In the room you can hear talking from your neighbour outside the room or even hear the "hair dryer" noise from their room.

Cozy, bed was very good especially the bed linen, soo smooth

Air in the room is smelly, should put strong air purifier before customer check in or just put air perfume in the room like the lobby

Hotel is directly in Bukit Bintang area so there are many things available around. Food, amenities, convenience shops. It was accessible everywhere. Area is very lively even past 10pm. Good quality toiletries and room slippers were provided. The bathroom in the room we got is quite large and comfortable to shower and bathe our baby in. The toilet was a bit small but I think it depends on the room configuration you get. There is valet service but they will park your car on the street or side alley so not much security is available especially since this is a very lively area. Noise travels up to the room but I don't mind this. Also we got to watch fireworks playing right from our room which was a really nice fun surprise.

The duvet cover and pillow cases had stains on them so we had to ask them to change it, but they came up quite quickly to have it changed. Room is quite small so if you have large suitcases, there is not much space to open it. Would be great if there were 2 chairs instead of 1 lounge chair to sit at while we eat at the small table. The bathroom had some mould around the silicone area which wasn;t very pleasant.

The location is superb and room was great. The window view is really awesome as you can look into down into the city view during the morning and night time. The amenities were pretty much complete and I love having separate shower room and washroom.

A little suggestion to the property to check the air-conditioning whether it is working properly. For my case, I could be unlucky because the air-conditioning was not working properly at first. It took more than 3-4 hours for us to feel the cooler temperature (it worked slightly better after the helpful M&E staffs came over to troubleshoot the issue). The Front Office Staffs were kind enough to let me switch the room after 2 days but I find it quite troublesome and the air-conditioning is on the cooler state so I declined the offer. Thank you for your kind understanding.

The location couldn’t get any better! Right in the hub of Bukit Bintang with Petaling St, Jalan Alor and Pavilion being all so close. The quirkiness was also super cool, the decor and the artwork too. Super comfy!

The toilet! The toilet was so small! Unnecessarily big shower with a tiny toilet which is worse than a prison. Knees would touch when sitting and face would be against the wall when standing up!

Amazing location right in the hub of bukit bintang, walking distance to all the major attractions around the area and very close to jalan alor night market Very clean, beautiful amenities and excellent customer service. Views are great if you are located on one of the higher floors

Can be a bit loud at night due to it being located at a high traffic area. As it is very close to jalan alor nightmarket, there are buskers almost every night until early hours in morning and can get quite loud The street that it is located on is also very heavy traffic almost at all times of the day except for early morning. We experienced delays when ordering grabs due to this.

Great hotel at great location. The room was spacious and nice, the bed was comfortable, classic boutique hotel feeling. The view from the 11th floor was really stunning. Everything we needed was in walking distance.

The shower is quite molded in the corners which doesn't have a really hygienic feel. We could hear all the noise from the streets below, especially the fancy car show offs and the street musicians who played until midnight. The decaf Nespresso capsule was missing from the room and we asked for a refill at the reception, but we unfortunately never got it.

+The hotel is conveniently located, right at the corner of the busy intersection at Bukit Bintang, and within minutes' walk to both the Bukit Bintang MRT station and monorail, and malls such as Pavillion, Lot 10, Sungei Wang Plaza. +I booked the Gold King Room with a view and my room overlooked the Bukit Bintang busy intersection. I really enjoyed the view whenever I was in the room. +The daily housekeeping was good. Not only did I return each day to a clean and refreshed room but the little supplies like tea bags, coffee capsules and even the hotel toiletries were replenished daily. +The entire design of the hotel, from the lobby to the room, felt very chic and modern.

I booked the room during a busy weekend so the price seemed a little higher than usual but you can always look out for better deals. The hotel also did not have facilities like a pool or a hotel restaurant but these are minor drawbacks compared to the other plus points.

The television has some apps like YouTube and iQiyi, which allow us to enjoy movies after exploring the city. The shower room with strong hydraulic pressure also makes us feel comfortable when showering. The location is extremely strategic bcz it can access plenty of malls, public transport, cafe, etc.

The hair dryer will automatically shut down when it becomes too hot, it is not convenient especially for women with long hair bcz it takes plenty of time to dry the hair. The towel given is very absorbent but it is not perfectly clean. One of the towels has a light stain on it.
