Great location, direct train to the bus terminal and easy to get to the airport. Easy to get around with a bus stop right outside and a metro station 5 mins away (Hang Tuah). Lots of malls around and food options. Nice bathroom with hot water. Comfortable bed.

We stayed 2 separate times and both times the duvet had blood stains, one that looked like a fresh stain. The sheets were badly stained too. The floor was very dirty. However when we told reception they came to clean the room and changed the bedding within 5 minutes. Think they just don't have enough time to clean each room and need to invest in new bedding.

The hotel is really nice, a big thank you to all the stuff and receptionists, its clean, location is very comfortable and the prices are descent. Moreover, all requests were followed and even that I had a "don't disturb sign for a few nights, noone has actually disturbed me. Was pleasure, sure coming again!

The only thing was a bit uncomfortable, is that they don't let deliveries on your floor, so you have to go downstairs and get your order,

its value for money if youre looking to just have a comfortable stay at night after a day full of shopping and walking around. it's clean, comfortable and a walkable distance from Berjaya Times Square which is great because that was where my coach dropped us off.

The room could have better and upgraded interior design but overall for the price we paid, it didn't really matter or bothered us so there's nothing much to dislike during our stay here! Thanks for the stay!

Luckily our room at the top level of the hotel which is level 15. Our room view was amazing with the city view of KL tower, Lalaports and you can see the movement of trains from Pudu Station to Hang Tuah and vice versa.

The room was not really clean, dirty carpet and we found hairs on the floor trap that were not cleaned. In term of public transportation, I would recommended to use LRT/MRT at Hang Tuah station in which you have to go to connecting bridge at Furama Hotel - Lalaports.

Clean & comfortable..the staff will cleaning the room everyday, the towel Also will change every day.. this second time I’m staying here, the room at level 9, more bigger than last time I’m staying level 6… location very near to lalaport, not too far from Berjaya Times Square

Was closer to Metro and Berjaya Times Square Walkable distance to Lalaport which is also good

Wifi wasn't great and lot of stains in bedspread and bath towels wasn't that great. Had to inform repeatedly to give us drinking water as there was no water dispenser available at given floor

Its walking distance to Berjaya Time Square(about 6 mins), abundance of food places. And the view^^. Staff was also friendly and helpful when we had a difficulty connecting to the wifi.

Nothing much but the TV has only 3 channels

Location is good. Price is reasonable. Good hospitality. Friendly staffs. Accommodation is super good. Like the inspiration words appearing on the room wall.

Depending on the room.. Bathroom be even good if the toilet bowl washed and kept clean

Strategic location which near to lalaport and times square. Food are easy and avaialbe nearby.

Old facilities. No clear (confusing) direction on parking when ask the staffs.
