Excellent location in Bukit Bintang, and near the Monorail, several large shopping centres and restaurants, bars etc.

Traffic noise, and occasional loud music from a club nearby. Shower excellent but poor drainage in my room meant short duration showers. Breakfast room a bit dark, could be brighter with appropriate lighting. But why does breakfast have to end at 1030am? Having said that the breakfast variety was good, but not always replenished.

This is a really nice hotel. The lobby area is modern and stylish and check in was quick, friendly and efficient. The room was excellent only missing a view and high floor requested although this maybe a function of booking a Club Room. The bed was superb, top class! Bathroom large and spacious with storage. We had no noise from the carpeted corridor or housekeeping. The Club space was really excellent with coffee and soft drinks/fruit available. I have had more comprehensive club offers - afternoon tea etc - but I have to say the early evening canapes were of high quality, variety including meat/sushi/veg options beyond the usual pastry/bread carb heavy options. Checkout was smooth and I would book this hotel in a heartbeat. Final note to staff, friendly, helpful and professional, great job all.

This was a really excellent stay so only a minor suggestion or two. It wasn't explained to us but a requested high floor did not materialise, be sure to read guests requests at booking. The Club canapes were excellent but the range of benefits across the day could be improved and especially the drinks range at Cocktail Hour. No Cocktails or even Mocktails, only fruit juice, and bottled beer. It needs a wider selection to match top level alternatives elsewhere.

Every staff member we met was friendly, helpful and well trained. We really felt we were looked after during our stay. The lounge was a cool place to rest and have some canapes in late afternoon. Bed was comfortable, fit for a 5-star hotel. Location was central, less than 10 minutes easy walk to Pavilion, with plenty of food options nearby.

I guess the hotel already knows there's some issue with the plumbing that results in some rooms not having hot shower. Our first room had cold shower. Water in the second room was warmer, but not warm enough. I think the hotel should identify these rooms and not assign them to guests in the first place.

Surprised by the check in, instead of Lobby level, it was a level 6, collection level. Come with afternoon snacks, and morning breakfast at level 6. The best part is the late check out at 2pm. Newly reopened and worth to give it a try. Shall be back.

I loved that it felt clean and that it made you definitely comfortable with a large bed and frequent house cleanings

The bathroom. Everything about the bathroom was wrong, the door didn’t close, the fan wouldn’t work so you’d suffocate, and the shower required mathematical calculations to determine the perfect water pressure that will let you use the overhead shower. Still nice and clean but those points would make me reconsider. Also no vanity :(. No universal sockets either. Menu selection from Indoor dining was a bit boring and everytime I ordered it was frozen

It is situated in the heart of city centre, so it is pretty convenient to walk to shopping centres. The room is quite big with beautiful views and quiet despite the fact that I could hear children sound in the passage, but nothing in the room. The bed is very comfortable, I slept very well. Love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that they provide, they smell really nice. The Collection Ballroom is beautiful, the lighting is stunning. I only had the food from the conference and it was delicious.

The traffic around the hotel is crazy, hard to call a taxi via Grab and it takes long as well. The staff are friendly, but not very helpful. I extended my stay and was asked to checkout and check in again in the morning, which I did. When I came back to my room in the afternoon, I realized that I was locked out and I had to wait in the long check in queue. I asked my room to be cleaned and it was not cleaned, so I had to ask again. The bathroom floor can be quite slippery when one walks in with the slippers. I flooded the toilet floor, every time I showered.

No bottled water provided, only filter dispenser. Limited parking, parking space is narrow, driving large car will be challenging.

I stayed in the club collection room which gives you access to the executive lounge. My room was on the 5th floor and the executive lounge sits on 6th which was fast access via 2 flights of stairs. The high lights for me were the spread of food and drink esp the brut, gin, whisky options in the executive lounge. It's private and sits on the same floor as the pool and gym and surrounded by the property's herb garden which I thought smart to have surrounding the executive lounge. There is also a Japanese zen garden on the 2nd or 3rd floor which adds a nice subtle, refined touch to the hotels interior. My room was newly refurbished, and no drawbacks on how clean and well lit it is. It is within walking distance to Lot 10 and Pavillion. The hotel lobby has an earthy vibe and smells great. The furniture is sleek, modern and has nice touches of colour that don't make it look gourdy and stuffy. It is THE place to stay if you are looking at value for money for a city staycation. Location is brilliant if you want to be close to the hustle of Bukit Bintang. A showe walk away maybe 5-7 minutes you are there. A brilliant mall accross the road with lots of foot stalls, shops barbers, dentist. You name it. Lovely go karting place for kid and adults. Went on with my kids and it was brilliant fun. The pool is lovely but not heated. Perfect for a city hotel. Nice coffee shop and like everywhere in Malaysia very fairly priced. Overall for me brilliant. Defo worth a stay especially in KL. A 20 minute walk from the KLCC, 17-18 KL tower. Saloma bridge 25 min walk. Easy to get a taxi all over round the hotel. Pavillion a 10 minute walk.

The reception staff are unwelcoming , need more training. They tried to charge me for lunch tea that I didn’t even have. They were so unprofessional. The chubby bloke laughing with 2 girls while I am standing there between themselves. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional
