Pros: Excellent location, the hotel is situated a mere FIVE minutes walk from Lalaport, and is around the same distance from Berjaya Times Square. Pretty much at the heart of Bukit Bintang I'd say. There is an entire strip of KK store, 7-11 and many Chinese eateries and other shops in the very area. The staff are all pretty attentive and will serve to pretty much every need when required. Most staff speak English, at least the ones at the front desk anyway. The bed is quite comfy and nice to sleep on. Two bottles of water are provided every day or upon request. A fridge is available in the room. Wi-Fi speed isn't super but good enough Of course there is also AC in the room.

The only one thing that I didn't enjoy too much is the water pressure, I have asked maintenance regarding it but it seems like it's a common problem in the entire hotel. The solution is to turn the shower on for a while, even the hot water isn't that strong so, this I would consider as the only gripe.

The room is reasonable for the price i paid. Has all the basic amenities needed. The hotel is located relatively near to Imbi and Hang Tuah stations. There is a laundromat below the hotel. So, if you are staying there for a few days, you can wash your clothes. There is a small coffeeshop next to the hotel if you would like to try some local food. The convenience store is a few minutes' walk down further from the coffeeshop.

The walk from the mrt stations to the hotel takes approximately between 5 to 15 mins, depending on youe walking speed. This part is not the hotel's fault, but the pavement leading to the hotel is rather bumpy too. If you are carrying a lot of luggage, you might wanna consider getting a grab directly at Imbi station for the convenience.

The place is actually close to the city center and accessible to all tourist spots in Kuala Lumpur. It's just a few meters away from Berjaya Times Square where you can find the Buses Heading to Singapore if you wanna you have some side-tripping.

Bowl's flush is not working properly. But still manageable anyway.

I really liked the location, across the street from LaLaPort Mall, which is connected to Hang Tuah metro station. The bed was relatively comfortable and the shower worked well. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Air conditioning worked well. Nice view out the window.

A room on the back side of the building, away from traffic, would have been quieter. Sometimes a loud car or motorcycle would wake me up during the night. There were some minor cleaning issues, but as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk, they took care of it. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely come back.

Personally got no issues, Everything just fine. It’s pretty value too for 3 nights.

Need to working on the water heater tho, didn’t feel heat much and also the Coway water dispenser not working well. Still can dispense water but not cold water tho.

I liked this hostel for its accessible location, surrounding restaurants and stores, laundry service, friendly staff, affordable rates.

I just didn't like the toilet and shower room. It is clean but it gets real wet everywhere as the shower is right by the door/entrance. The layout is reverse with the toilet bowl in the inner corner.

Even it's a budget hotel, I do feel very comfortable. Great location, easy to reach from A to B. Stuff were very friendly and helpful, thanks a lot!!! Especially Ilham! Thanks for everything once again Ilham! :-)

They could have a bed light. And switch for individual bulb. And a rack in bathroom to keep soap/showergel

location of the hotel was good..can easily acsess to nearby shopping mall like bts n lalaport..wifi in the hotel was superb..and can even do washing at lobby which provide laundry service..

friendly,kind and helpful receptionist .i like them all.

nothing just the water heater not too hot 😁
