Hotel located in a good area, nearby got many restaurants and Sightseeing spots. And the cold and hot water is easy to control when in use but got some rusty smell. All the staffs are friendly chat and smile is good. From my room the tallest building just next to me its a good view. And the Regal Cafe in the hotel got the good view also.

For the toilet, when I open the water got some Rusty water and the water got Rusty smell also even it is a clear water.

Great location Luxorious breakfasts. The Manager agreed for check out at 3 pm without additional costs. Great view from the 10th floor.

Booked room was supposed to be 40 m2. Was barely 16. After inqueries was informed that it is a booking.com error (!), because the space was counted in sq ft. Ok Also demanded to clean the bathroom properly. See disgusting photos. Within two days nothing has happened in this matter. The hotel is quite fine but the glory time is rather over. Some paint, glue and grease should be used in places. The room service simply change the linen and towels, doesnt care for the rest.

Location is good. Good price compare to location and the facilities that I got. Hard to get a hotel room with that size which has bath tub, nearby Monorel station (Maharajalela), with breakfast and near to convenience store while the price is below RM150.00/night. I already recommended it to my friends (via my post on Whatsapp status and many of them ask for details!) I will definitely come again!

Even though it is not a brand new hotel (maybe rebranding), they should not ignore the importance of cleanliness. I suggest the staffs should go for training/team building so they will be more anxious to serve the patrons. What I didn't like most is the breakfast. Please re-evaluate your dishes. Low cost hotel didn't mean that you can serve low class dishes. They have sorts of buffet dishes but the taste must be improved. Hope to see improvement on my next visit!

Seven Eleven Shop is within walking distance, and you can get any general medicines and general food & snacks items from there, and at the end of the hotel building corner, there is a local restaurant, where you can enjoy local food - but this restaurant opens on working days only and closes at 6 PM or 7 PM. KL Sentral is a few Km away from this hotel - you can reach there Thru Grab Taxi for just RM 5 - RM 6 during off-peak times. Staff is also friendly and helpful

we stayed here for two days. i love the room cuz it's big & cozy for my family to stay. you can add extra bed for RM50 & no need deposit for the room. free parking for guests. the staff really friendly too. breakfast was okay. i love their tosai!

i don't like the lighting of the room cuz it's like yellowish & a bit dark. i think the hotel should add 1 or 2 white lights. if you come with big car, you better be careful with their multilevel parking cuz it's a bit narrow. i reversed one or two times to drove up to another floor.

breakfast menu not variety and not many choice. A clean coffee house located at 6th floor with nice view . overall it is a good service and friendly staff.

when i reached at 8.30 (19/11/2022) pm for check in, the room was not clean and ready for guest . the room was in mess including bed and i did complain to front counter to take action and the staff was fast action by changing the room for me. I would like to thanks to the male staff at that time for excellent job

Repair your lift. We are in 21st century. Your lift not only slow but buttons don't work. I will not recommend this place for younger generation. Maybe for retired ppl.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food has many varieties and taste good. Parking also easy access. Location very good in front of 7e and near to LRT station.

The door access sometimes got problem. In the corner of toilet a little bit dirty. Also the lighting is dimmed, maybe hotel can have white light option. Overall it's 4.5 star 👍👍👍

The bedsheet dirty and have a lot of stains, and full of dust. The bathtub also have stains Clogged toilet drain Nothing much nearby the property. U need to take grab to go the mall/other viral places.

Awesome room, comfy bed, air-conditioning cool and nice. I stayed 2nights, the staff came and check whether I needed anything on the 2nd day, so responsible. Quick check in and check out Service. They even allowed cashless payment. 0 deposit. Mine was 15th floor. Cool view. Overall I love this hotel

The parking is free but the process abit difficult. Otherwise all good. No complaints 😉
