Location in town center..near to pasar payang, mosque, Famous Fauzi Nasi kerabu and sorrounded by lots restaurants

The staff not friendly enough... very selfish, seem dont know how to deal with customer. Lacks Of smile... especially the front office staff as the frontliners

Comfortable, cold air cond, tv channels okay, breakfast provided is basic but taste good enough. Suitable for working travellers who need quick breakfast before work.

Parking is a little limited and tight. I came during weekdays and it was already full at night. I think parking during holidays and weekends is going to be tough.

First of all, the location of this hotel is truly amazing. It's next to Masjid Abidin and the bus terminal station of KT. Secondly, the hotel itself is very clean and has big rooms that include all needed things. Lastly, the staff are very kind and helpful. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel when one visits KT.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Room area is wide and comfortable. As a Muslim, there's enough and more space to perform prayer. Prayer mat is also provided. Parking space is provided too, and very near to hotel. Location very strategic, near to mosque, my dad did go to perform jamaah prayer there by walk too.

1st of all, the bed kind of squeaky and can feel the spring on my back. But since we were just too tired, we slept just well. Toiletries provided only soap, shampoo and sanitary bag. I did request for toothbrush at least but it wasn't available. I booked 3 rooms, travelled with old folks (my parents and aunt), I requested for extra key so I can easily check them from time to time in their room but hotel management said, it wasn't allowed. So poor them need to get up and open the door every time I knocked.

I didnt expect it would be one of the best stay in Terengganu. Its include breakfast which is delicious. Free parking and located in the centre of Kuala Terengganu. Just a walk to Dataran Shah Bandar and pasar pasang. Around 6 minutes to Jambatan Angkat and near to Istana Maziah. Very good experienced for me. The staff also friendly and nice!

My sheet got some stains, the sink got some food stucking in there. But not a big deal for me

There are free parking lots. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good. The breakfast was nice. The room services were also good. We ordered dinner in; it was reasonable and tasty. It was much more convenient to order dinner from the hotel restaurant than having dinner out as most of the restaurants nearby were closed early.

I appreciate that it has its own parking space, near to the famous Nasi Kerabu, and hassle free. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We were transiting from one destination to another, so its perfect for us to rest before continuing with our journey the next morning. Our booking is inclusive of breakfast, but we didn't try it. So no comment there. It is disabled friendly as the building comes with elevators.

The bathroom is a bit dated. It is slightly mouldy and the toilet seat should be changed.

For the price it was ok. But Terengganu has nothing to offer. The breakfast was ok, but for Europeans there was just Toast, if you are not into this local breakfast style with noodles and Rice. The rooms were clean, but nothing special and for the price ok.

As I mentioned, Terengganu itself is not really worth a stay,but that is not the hotels fault.

The front office staff was so helpful and friendly. The room are clean and the facilities are awesome as though it is not a 2 star hotel. Everything is inside the room hair dryer, iron, iron board, mineral water, coffee tea facilities. Next time I'm going to stay there again. The location middle of the town very easy access to bus terminal, Pasar Payang. There is a cafe nearby the hotel called Uli Cafe owned by the local Trengganu people that serves delicious pizza and also beverages such ice latte Americano.

breakfast - the fried mee hon is very good location - super close to visiting area such as pasar payang, china town, kristal mosque room - the cleanliness can be improved. Overall exceed the price expectation and super value for money
