Big with room, with extra areas you could hang out in. Ned comfy. Close to the national park and beautiful location. Once area to walk around.

Put food in the fridge and two things were taken. Dogs are malnourished. No communication.

Good location. But need own transportation. Near to Pantai Puteri Beach, Waterfall and Santubong National Park.

Security can be improved. One of the windows cannot be locked properly.

Expensive for the room you get. Also very dirty shared bathroom.

I booked a room by the lake, which has a double bed. During my two nights stay, I was the only guest. I like the concept, a farm and a large area for sports such as pickle ball. You can bring your ingredients and cook (this facility though, was not explained in booking.com listing). Most people who go there drive or have other means of personal transport. I went there with Grab with no clue that there would be no food available for me upon arrival. The canteen was not operating. Thank God I had some fruits and boiled eggs with me.

The staff did not bother to welcome me. The room was not ready even though I reached day after 3 PM. The canteen's kitchen had unwashed dishes. The female cleaner got busy cleaning the room and the canteen area AFTER my arrival. Toilet roll was not placed in its holder. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. The sofa was dusty with a sad looking soft toy. There was no drinking water offered in the room. I took bottled water from the fridge near the container room after being offered by the owner, Mr Roslan. The male staff who took my IC for record tried to make me pay RM35/day if I were to use the kitchen (for the cooking gas, he said). He also informed me that there was a motorcycle for rent but there was no helmet. I informed him to change my curtain the next day because it was so dusty. He only did so after I came across into the owner, Mr. Roslan who was so kind to give me his farm reared freshwater tiger prawns and some fruits. Later I found out that when he took the curtain, my bed was moved and was not placed back. Oh, he also initially refused to change the curtain just because he thought I'd only stay a night. That man really had problem to read. He's so lazy. He made use of a young boy who was there to be his servant. I really did not like his attitude. To Mr. Roslan credit, he allowed me to have a late check out at 3 PM. For that I'm really grateful!

The staffs are friendly. Helping us to carry our bags to upstairs. To visit Damai Beach, just need you to drive for less than 10 minutes from this homestay. To view a nice sunset at this beach, you must reach there at least before 6.15 pm.

The toilet upstairs can be seen has not being cleaned for long time as compared to ground floor toilet which much cleaner and attended. There was no toilet pump cover. Hope the owner could spend a bit to replace with a new toilet pump set. At midnight the dogs howling for quite sometime and it gives an earie feeling. Luckily we stay there only for one night.

Basic accomodation with good location to Rainforest festival venue

The bathroom on 1st floor is rather pathetic and could have been ugraded a bit like the bathroom on ground floor. The room was OK but kinda dusty so could have cleaned up better. The 2nd night stay on Sat 24th June - there was a house party right behind the homestay and the clubbing went on till 7am ! Seriously we did not pay to hear loud music through the night into the wee hours of the morning !
