Absolutely stunning hotel. Not just the hotel but the grounds and location. Right on the river with perfectly manicured gardens. The highlight has to be the pool! Bar staff at the pool super friendly and helpful. I had a 3 course dinner included in my stay which had many options to choose from. The Sarawak laksa was the best I've had. Room was so clean and with great light, comfy bed, cold fridge and balcony looking out to the gardens and pool. Would love to come back again! Staff booked me a car back to airport as Hotel was a little too far out to get a Grab. Very helpful!

I love everything about the place. It s beautiful, the location, the pool…The rooms are huge, luxurious with everything you need inside…but most of all it s the service who is exceptional, everyone is helpful and everything is made to makes you feel like a prince or princess. The food in the restaurant and for the breakfast was also really above expectations. Very often we are disappointed by food in resorts as it s expensive but has nothing special. Here it s simple but really well done, everything is fresh with real cooks. Hope I can come again!

Rooms were big, perfect for families. We stayed at the balcony suite and we could see the sea and sunrise. The pool was clean and had a good view. Breakfast was made to order, it was delicious. The staff were friendly and attending, and responsive. Cove 55 was clean and designed aesthetically.

Location can be a bit far off from city area, about 30mins drive so if you plan to eat out might have to drive out abit. Not much eateries around the hotel except for seafood restaurants. Breakfast you can only order one set, additional set have to top up and pay - the portion was sufficient for us but for big eaters might need to order more. Our balcony suite was on level 2, there is no lift so for families with children, pram and huge luggage might want to take rooms on the lower level or the garden villa

The staff is so friendly. My partner was ill when we stayed here, and they took such good care of us. The hotel is beautiful, especially the pool area is very nice. The rooms are very spacious and we really enjoyed the terrace in our garden room.

Be prepared that the hotel is quite remote: it's harder to find a grab, no possibilities to go to another restaurant ect. The restaurant menu is the only thing we found a bit dissapointing: lots of western food (pasta's, burger, sandwiches etc.). We would have liked a more local cuisine.

- Super nice location - Great pool - Friendly staff & in general very relaxed vibe - International visitors (European, Chinese, Malayan, etc.) - Because it‘s so small it felt like home (last night a huge group of German tourists came in a bus - that didn‘t fit to the overall atmosphere!!) - Very good & flexible restaurant (not overpriced), for Dinner as well as for Breakfast - Great tours (Satang!, Bako, Orang Utans) We had a wonderful time & will always recommend! Just don‘t do huge travel buses! Thank you!

Beautiful location, quiet, close to the boat launch to go for tours of the wetland and to go snorkelling. The staff were lovely, although the reception staff could be more helpful/informed about the tours that they help book. The tour company that they use, Ooo Haa Adventure, is really great. The restaurant had a good amount of vegetarian options, although they were out of many things and we stayed for 4 nights and they were not replenished in that time period. There was a wedding and unfortunately some noisy guests on that night, but other than that it was peaceful and very enjoyable.

The water in the shower - the cold water knob was broken and it was hard to get the right temperature. Would have been nice if the restaurant restocked more often. The library is a nice idea but should allow people to trade books - you are only allowed to read while there and it's unlikely most people can finish a book unless they have a longer stay!

but there is a big problem with équipement for the price Not enough long chair at te swimming pool one rooms was smelling tobacco, AC broken and decoration so cheap a second d one early the same Which is not correct for this level of price The other room was splendid but one on tow is not acceptable Also all is a bit too big the garden, the bridge the restrooms then all is floating a bit

Excellent for a few days relaxing after a long flight, very helpful and attentive staff, we stayed In the Garden Villa which was amazing.

The swimming pool is a salt water pool, though the salt isn't up to sea water strength. My concern was that the access was gained by two steel ladders, one at each end. It was very difficult to enter or exit the pool if you had mobility issues or for young children. The Garden Villa did not have a TV though there was plenty of space on the walls to install one. The location is nearly an hour away from the airport and similarly to Kuching There were only a couple of Fish Cafes close by. Fortunately the hotel restaurant was very good, though like most places in Malaysia, offering limited Vegerarian options.

Restaurant is crowded when it rains as the terrace is not well protected & everyone had to move into the aircon section to avoid splashing water. No tissue provided in the living room Cleaning was not well done. Not as good as I expected. Small tissues were spotted on the toilet and not remove even after 3 days. A few more hangers will be perfect Plastic & trash were spotted on the mangrove outside the room. No matches were sent to us to light the mosquitoe coil even after 2nd request. We gave up

If you're looking for a place to escape from the busy city, this will be the right choice for you! A luxury private resorts with good security system, you feel safe, good food, find fresh air with beautiful scenery and good environment for a short break. No TV inside the room, a good place to rest your brain.

The service at the restaurant need to improve. We had a bad experience during our last day. We ordered the breakfast waiting for more than 1 hour. The waitress who took the order did not follow up the order for us. When I asked, another waiter checked for me but without feedback. After an hour, I decided to cancel the order and leave, then the Manager quickly check with the Chef and get it done for me. The Manager apologised for the mistakes they made. The cafeteria staff shall be trained on taking order and follow up the order for the customer. But, I would recommend to try the dine in western food with a glass of red wine is mouth-watering, especially the Wasabi Prawn and Chocolate Brownies is delicious. Worth to try! You'll be surprised!
