Price and maintenence inside resort ( Gardens, pool etc) , breakfast very poor

everything was ok. Actually we stay here at second time.

Why check out time is 11.00 am. I travel many place in Malaysia. All the hotel & resort we stay check out time is 12..00 noon. Last time we stay at philea check out time is 12.00 not 11.00. Reservation call me at 11.20 am ask me why didnt check out. We were rushing at that time. All my family members left the room without taking a shower....hahahaha.

Scenery, the location, staff

Lack of activities...can provide fish feeding activity, orchard walk..etc

Philea Resort: What we loved is their Restaurant Service – especially under the supervision of Ms Anna – she cooked very authentic Penang Style Street Food – we loved the Prawn Noodle, Curry Laksa, Char Kuey Teow, and their Cendol & Ice Kacang! Loved it! Ms Anna and the front counter staff are all very friendly! Very Helpful. Especially Front Counter Staff Cik Aishah (I hope the spelling is correct). Very friendly, very helpful. All the Buggy Drivers and Bellboys are excellent in service! Even the Pool Attendant is very friendly and helpful and very accommodating! He helped to monitor our belongings while we went back to the Villa to pick up something! Yes – the Spa, the Gym and other restaurants might not be ready yet – after the COVID Pandemic, MCO and recent big flood in Dec-2021! But the pool is excellent – we love the pool colour, the base of the pool (stones and sand) – very natural! Really enjoyed the time!

Minus Points: There are some parts of the Villas need refurbishments. Example – our Villa’s fan not working, but in view that the air-con is 3-HP and cool enough, we just compromised on the fan. Most important point: If you are light sleeper – easy to be disturbed by noise – try to AVOID downstairs room/villa – as it is built by Log Cabin, so even a slight movement of other tenants might create noise – imagine if your upstairs guests are active children, then you’ll be hearing noises and their foot steps all night long!

Breakfast need to improve.

1. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention and thank you to Aisyah, Kenix, Prem, Sethil and Ugung for making our stay memorable. 2.The room was excellent, The surrounding environment was superb. The waterfall surrounding the swimming pool was marvelous. I definitly recommend to stay here for honeymooners.

1. The variety of the breakfast should be increased / improved. 2. It would have been more awesome if the spa, kids room, karaoke room were opened unfortunately they were closed due to renovation works.

super friendly staff! The resort is located in nature but near the city. Lots of herbs, trees, plants and a local farm with the opportunity to learn/study, and focus on sustainability.

room was noisy, because the cabins are made of wood. of the resort is not fully booked, please book families with little children in a different room. limited breakfast: they have a full farm, all food could be organic and from the farm.

cabin houses make u feel like ur in the middle of the jungle. make u feel like ur in western countries.

since the resort located outer the city it’s really difficult to get transport to city. grab is nearly impossible to get. hotel suggested taxi service. but the charges are day light robbery. grab charge RM8.00 and taxi service charge RM60.00 for the same location. On top of it must wait 40 to 60 mins for the taxi to arrive. It would be great if the resort arrange a shuttle service to city every 3hours once.

Large room..great Bed.Pool was fantastic..Buggy drivers are great wth good knowledge of Philea.1Pakcik drive us to your Chicken n Duck farm..Vegetable farm.Upon checkout we are given 2 Comel Watermelon.👍

BF was serve to us..since we stay on Sunday-Tuesday.Room run down..compare to years back before Covid19.Room no face towel.Our Balcony outside rm3136 & rm3137 no light at the Porch..quite dark actually.
