Super friendly and helpful staff, room service (dinner) was really good, breakfast was great, and we are allowed ro change room nearer to lift upon request (we have baby).

No fridge to store baby food, saw baby cockroach on the carpet, lighting is not good enough

Reasonable price and good location

The staff were super helpful - changed the flickering ceiling lights promptly and got the housekeeping to vacuum the bits caused by the work. When asked for bowls and utensils, they were promptly sent. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. No fuss. Breakfast was just what we looked forward to - a reasonably spread of local fares like nasi lemak, roti canai, porridge, mee goreng, and the standards like toast. Local coffee was unfortunately cold. Parking was ample, the infinity pool looked inviting but we didn’t have time for it. The room was big!

The room was very dim. The ceiling lights not enough. It’s kind of way off from any shops. No fridge! No hair dryer! No hand or face towels. Instead of tea spoons stirrers were provided.

Upon arrival at 11.30 pm, the whole hotel lobby was dark and there were no one around giving the impression that I may have entered into a ‘ghost’ hotel. The next morning i found out that the hotel was meant to be a traditionally luxury hotel with hugh rooms and big carpeted alleys. Breakfast also ok. I have your checked out after breakfast without time to enjoy other facilities in order to attend to my personal matters

3rd time staying here. convenient and comfortable. Breakfast buffet improved,more staff..keep it up! bathroom sink drainage was jammed and the maintenance staff came immediately, he opened his shoes outside before entering 👍🏻

CLEANLINESS- MUST BE IMPROVED housekeeping staff (foreigner) walked with shoes inside,being a muslimah hotel you should brief them about this. before checking out my husband was checking if we left anything in the room, as he pushed the bed, it was so dirty with rubbish and so dusty. Obviously housekeeping didn’t thoroughly clean the entire room. was shocked about this imagine we were sleeping 2 nights like this. bathroom sink tap had alot of gunk which was disgusting. cabinets drawers all were dusty too. So room was not clean as it was supposed to. Still no mini fridge,please try to have one in each room.

1) Room size is satisfactory big enough. 2) Bathroom is spacious with bath tub & amenities (toothbrush, vanity kit etc) 3) 2 bottles of drinking water were provided.

1) Water heater is not working (room 310) , almost similarly taking bath with ice water. 2) Only 2 pillows were provided (we are family of 4) . Called at 8.45 pm to add up more pillows but staffs already went back home 8 pm..my bad. 3) Very dark & dull ambiance all over the hotel, results from black & dark green color of walls & carpets.

I like environment at mudzaffar hotel. I like the food. But sambal nasi lemak so spicy..

I don't like pillow at this hotel. Not comfortable.

The room was very spacious ,tidy,cleen and very beutiful.the air condition in room was cool.the hot and cold water was good and working properly.The breakfast was awesome nasi lemak sambal was very delicious.the staff very friendly .

My stay was superb I like but my room keep blackout .example when I want to switch on the light then suddenly blackout,then I need to call receptionist to report.Other than that I dont like the tv ,because it keep update the channel tv .then no mood to watch tv.the tv no friendly user.

The stay was ok Food can deliver to the room But some room not very bright, need more light or make the room more brighter The tv sometimes no channel Got some bad odors on the carpet and bed, pillow I found baby cockroach in my room Others room were nice (I book 3 rooms) The swimming pool was stunning The breakfast was really good but not much table provided compare to no of guest I have to eat outside and there was no light Quite uncomfy to eat with dim light Pantry got no light No mini bar or fridge No room bells, so guest have to knock on the door The security chest not function No phone number at room phone to connect to receptionist, so i have to get down to lobby each time i need something or order food Overall the price were reasonable and the trip was awesome Will stay again in the future

Quite large room and and Breakfast lot of variety. Plan to repeat staying with whole family,
