The room is very clean and spacious enough for 5 family members. The theme park is considered okay but we have to pay additional surcharge which slightly burdening us.

We have to wait until 6pm to check-in the apartment. The lobby staff was telling me that, the cleaning process took slightly longer time. But, they cannot promise by when the apartment is available, so keep on waiting for 3 hours.

Spacious room, nice apartment. Awesome with family, childrens as the hotel has water park facilities too. Breakfast is good, value for money. Great Art Museum nearby. Overall stay is awesomely enjoying. Will come back again.

Sadly reached the hotel & water park closing, due long driving. Requested for DOUBLE QUEEN BED but given single twin room instead. Have to move the bed together hahaaa... Wifi unable to connect even after given their pswd.

The room is spacious..clean..a lot of parking lot..water theme park superb...the staff is so friendly...everything is 10/10..

I get the key for my room at 4pm..i do give some time to the hotel to get the room ready (im ok with it) but i want to suggest that can the hotel please add more flexible time for check out.especially for the one with big family..suggesting for checkout at 2pm@3pm..

The location good, good breakfast as well nice staff, I like the presence of the water park in the resort as it make it easier for the kids to enjoy it without having to move outside of the resort

The parking for the special needs should be be reserved for the their cars. I notced that the hotel service cars and vans are prking there i came with my specila son and couldn't fine parking.

Since it is a 3-room apartment, it would be good to have some basic cutleries and plates. The resort part of a waterpark, we saw too many inconsiderate people were using the lift while soaking wet. It was a bit uncomfortable to use the lift, especially when the floor is wet and it is crowded with people with dripping wet clothes. The management should do something about it.

This property is very nice since there’s attached waterpark. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and variable

There’s no microwave in the apartment suite or studio. should have one at least at a common place since family tend to have packed and extra food to reheat; also for the baby’s food. The waterpark ticket should be allowed to be bought by the residence upon check in to avoid long queues at the counter reception

- Near the attractions places such as river cruise, taman buaya. - Near restaurants, easy to find food. - The apartment is so cold, you don't have to turn on the aircond.

- Heater in the main bathroom not working. - Ticket to the water theme park per entry only, need to purchase a new one once you are out of the area in the same day.

the food was very good many choices for breakfast , the facalities especially aircond was very cool even low speed

hope to be able to open another elevator to make it easier for guests to go up and down and not wait too long, just using one elevator from one floor to another is a waste of time

The beds were comfy. The air conditioner was working well.

The only drawback was the crowd in the cafe at breakfast time. Since it was a public holiday and a long weekend, this was expected. It was overcrowded and we had to queue up outside and wait for some of the other guests to leave, before we could enter. The table was full of leftover food when we finally got to sit. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Everything is very good. Water dispenser would be very great to have but not necessary

Unifi free wifi coverage is so bad. You should use your own internet and spread it using multiple enteprise ap like ubiquiti
