Breakfast very nice menu..like 5 star hotel..so delicous .

the photo looks better than the actual condition - example the toilet had mold in between the tiles but the general condition of the unit is 8/10 for cleanliness :) so I would still recommend this location if u want a slightly better budget and to be in comfort and be near to the zoo and attractions :) oh yes we also had a baby cot that was actually clean, simple and beautiful!! very touched by their thoughtfulness. staff is excellent I must say!! remember to give them a good tip because they walk super far from rooms to rooms to attend to customers needs unlike a typical hotel. encourage good service because we have been to 4 star hotels that didn’t even have such good service. come stay here for a simple and happy stay

We arrived at a very late hours around 12 am feeling so tired and also kind a lost because the surrounding area was dark. Luckily the staff was really helpful and friendly. Very satisfied about that. Room is spacious and clean too.

However, the fridge seems to be broken. Its not cold at all. The tv also had some problem with wiring. The colour on the screen keeps changing.

Excellent!! To my expectation, notin to complain about unless u r a VERY FUSSY customer. Highly recommended for people who likes peace n quiet. Great Breakfast with a taste of local food, nasi lemak, mee/bee hoon goreng, best rendang curry, porridge, cereal for kids n some side dishes. Will return again to book this place, thank to all the staff who gave an amazing service with a smile n helpful❤❤❤❤❤

The location is not bad... Quiet place. Not far from most of the attractions in Melaka. Staffs are friendly. Especially the one who attended to us when we arrived at night, about 10.30pm or 11pm on 14 April 2023.

Had to ask for towel. 😅 The room cleanliness can be improved. Got lizard droppings behind the TV in the room A401.

The hotel is strategically located in Ayer Keroh area. Hotel staff were friendly. Price is reasonable.

Ramadan Sahur was decent. I was expecting a variety on the menu as a breakfast buffet should have. The management could have ensured the floors to each apartment level are well-kept and cleaned. As of now, the hotel cleanliness is okay since the hotel is new and there aren't many occupants. Iron should have been provided in each room since many have complained about it in the guests' reviews.

The breakfast was so lavish..my family and I really enjoyed the breakfast,the room is clean and tidy..so comfortable staying here. The place is good for family to stay. We've got our own space.. I choose the place that like penthouse so it is more convenient for a large group of family

Maybe during holiday or weekend the hotel got a lot of guest so during check in we've to wait for our room coz it is not ready. Or maybe the hotel has not enough staff.

As responded earlier, the room, staff, and location are good. The surrounding is a bit quiet but peaceful.

BUT I think the quality of breakfast meals needs to be further improved and the breakfast menu is very limited. No omelette and half boiled egg in the menu. The value for money is influenced by this factor.

The location is excellent for me, since it is located nearby the marathon event that I joined. The breakfast is great for me, although it could provide more diversify food choices. Overall, the experience is great and comfort to stay for me.

The staffs are very good. Always ready to greet guests with a smile. Rooms are big ,comfortable for family with small kids like me. I stayed for two nights , housekeeping service was very convenient with a button, when i got back to my room late e evening, ,everything was replenished and back to cosy condition.

Should have room without breakfast option. As some like me , may not need the breakfast package price for the room.
