Nice and cosy hotel situated in Sliema, a quiet town just near Valletta. The hotel offers a nice view to Valletta and it is situated in a perfect area, very close to restaurants and shops, but still away from the noise. The shopping mall is max 10 mins walk from the hotel and the bus station and ferry station to Valletta is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The room is cosy, we had a nice view to the sea. The breakfast is more than ok, with options like scrumbled eggs, mushrooms, bacon, ham and cheese, tomatoes and some pastries. There are choices for a good start of the day. The staff is very nice and helpful, they have provided all the information we need for visiting places in Malta. As a mention and somenthing we have apreciated is that we could pay for some additional hours for the check out.

Nothing to dislike, everything was ok. The restaurant of the hotel doesn't have so many options for dinning, still it is a great place to spend the evening, with music and a nice terrace with view to the sea.

The price of the breakfast compared to the options offered was very high. There was also no availability for one of the two breakfast options (avocado toast & salmon and egg toast) that you could order and it was only 9:00 in the morning. Generally the breakfast options were poor and the price was too high.

The location is perfect for a trip to Malta. On top of that, the hotel is brand new!

The bathrom was not clean when we arrived. Also, most of the time the bar and restaurant were closed during our stay.

The hotel staff were very helpful and always acknowledged me. It was a nice touch to have cold water in the fridge on arrival, and also a refill point within the hotel. I upgraded to a sea view room which had a lovely outlook over the harbour towards Valletta and Floriana. The swimming pool on the 11th floor overlooking the harbour was very peaceful. I retreated there after a busy day sightseeing and enjoyed the relaxing music and aromatherapy smells while lounging and swimming.

Although travelling in April, the weather was very warm and air conditioning wasn’t available in the room. The controller was preset to a heat setting and controlled centrally, so I had to turn it off - which made the room very warm overnight. I hadn’t appreciated that there was a busy road between the hotel and the harbour, so although the view was lovely, it was quite noisy when sitting on the balcony. I know the hotel can’t move the road, but mentioning it in the room description would set a better expectation.

Very comfortable, the view of Valetta is fantastic. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.

The room needs a full length mirror, the breakfast was beautifully cooked but could be more varied.

Land's End hotel has great location. Close by are many good restaurants and bars, you can easily reach the hotel by public transportation (bus), bus stop is just across the street, with direct connection to the airport. Hotel is almost new, rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Bathrooms are nicely done with quality materials. Illy coffee machine in the room with capsules provided every day is a nice touch. We also liked the possibility to refill the reuseable water bottles which were also provided by the hotel. Breakfast was good although a little pricey - but there are plenty of possibilties to eat breakfast outside in the immidate vicinity. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are very quiet. Everythig is very clean. There is a pool in the 11th floor with the great view to the old Valletta. Staff was friendly, nice and efficient. All in all - would like to visit this hotel again and would recommend it to family and friends.

The balcony is rather on the small side and if you do not have the sea view from your room the view from the room is not very nice - buildings on the other side of coutryard are very close.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view from the balconies overlooking the water & Valletta. Service was very friendly. Location was great - lots of restaurants & shops accessible on foot. Under 5 minute walk to the ferries to Valletta & boat cruises to Gozo & The Blue Lagoon (Comino). The onsite restaurant (Hammetts Monastik) was a nice spot for food & drinks.

The pool area has a beautiful view but could be improved - the whole area itself was too warm for our liking and felt a little bit suffocating, but possibly just a matter of personal taste. Also, no complaints from our end on this but just bear in mind the hotel is on a busy road so there is always the sound of traffic (barely heard when the balcony door is closed).

The location of this hotel is great, just a few minutes walk to the get the ferry to Valletta and close to lots of good restaurants, bars and shops. Breakfast every morning was a delight with gorgeous views overlooking the harbor and Valletta and the food was superb. There is some lovely extra touches in the room like robe/slippers which came in handy for using the swimming pool, Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities and mini fridge with bottled water. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and happy to help in any way. There is also a lovely indoor pool on the 11th floor with a fantastic view. We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like about this hotel.

A good central location for exploring Malta and Valletta. Close to good restaurants and shops and a stones throw away from Sliema promenade. Excellent staff, beautiful room with stunning views from a generous sized balcony and a good breakfast. Exceptionally clean, stylish and large rooms. Would book again.

There didn’t appear to be a communal outdoor area apart from the balcony in the bar. We did, however have a large balcony with seating overlooking the bay where we could watch the sun go down with a glass of wine.

Perfect location, no need for a car. It's a 5-minute walk to buses, ferries, and restaurants. The hotel is barely a year old, so it couldn't be more modern and well designed. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help you, particularly Viktoria and Lena. The Pool and sauna are great after a hot day with beautiful views from the top floor. The in-house restaurant is top class, expect a great breakfast buffet.

Can't fault it. I'll definitely be returning.
