The best breakfast we have ever had. Tasty dips, bread and omlets. Localization is perfect, nearly bus station that is the first stop to the north attraction (no worries that bus will be full). Awesome host show us the map and tell what is must have to see on Malta and how to get there by bus. Room was clean and we had beautiful terrace. There was even Polish TV and so many movies on demand. Tea, coffee and kettle in the room. There was also mattresses for relaxing on rocky beaches (very useful at Comino Blue Lagoon). In the room was also safe, iron, fridge and dryer. Also great working air conditioning. If you need something else just ask host, he is very helpful and kind. The room was cleaned every day.

A little dirt in the bathroom on the grouts and if somebody have shallow sleep the noise from the street can wake you up, but it's center of Sliema, so you have to choice :)

Location, clean, peaceful.

Brekfast should be better. Although I had read on booking there are omlets, the staff had not offered the ones. When I asked I got it. Fridge had not been checked before our arriving. It had not been working. We had complained twice in order to get a new one. Although we had sent our arriving time to the hotel, anybody was not at that time at the hotel. Reception should be working at that time. I suggest owner to remove the sink because it is too small and unfunctional.

The staff are very helpful and can't do enough for you. The breakfast is good with normal continental and choice of cooked eggs. The location is great to access the various ferries and bus to get around the island.

The hotel details suggest it has sound proofing, which is not true. You can hear people moving around in the rooms above and below and the glazing isn't great. You can hear people chatting in the stair well. We were fortunate to be located on the back of the hotel but can't imagine what it's like at the front with traffic noise. It would be a good idea to remind tourists to be respectful of others when staying, keeping noise to a minimum. Dragging chairs around a tiled floor at 2.00am in the morning, which the people did above us for 3 nights running, is just being ignorant.

Excellent location, 5 minutes from buses and ferry to Valletta. A lot of cafes and restaurants, many shops. The room is big with a balcony, refrigerator and coffee/ tea maker. The view from the balcony is outstanding: to beautiful church and cute backyards with fruit trees and cats. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was good and tasty with local dishes, personal omelets and coffee. The personnel is very nice, it really makes the difference and we would like to stay there in our next visit to Malta. All our questions and requests were answered.

- absolutely great location near the ferry to Valletta and bus stops to almost every place in the island, nearby nice promenade and a lot of restaurants, shops and pubs - super friendly staff, helpfull and kind manager who recommends really nice places, breakfast was always tasty (the omelette from the managers mom was super delicious!) - really nice view from the balcony to the gardens and church nearby - a lot of space in the room, big wardrobe for clothes - TV with thousands of TV channels, movies and series

- really high level of humidity in the room, not comfortable for us - cold in the evening and night in the room although it wasnt so cold outside - very small sink in the bathroom

The room is large, spacious, we had a balcony. There is shower gel in the shower and the water pressure is very good. Sockets require an adapter. We had 2 beds pushed together even though I requested 1 bed. The coolest thing was that there were actually more than 100 channels! And we even found an adult channel, although there was a code. By the way, the code 0000 came up, you can safely book a room with your lovely one. We didn't try the breakfast as we were leaving at 7am. Breakfast from 8am or 8:30am, I don’t remember.

The air conditioner was above the front door and the door was very far from the room. We put on heating (April 2023), but the room did not warm up, it's good that there were warm blankets. I would also like breakfast, which we did not have time for, but they did not offer us anything, although I said that we leave at 7 in the morning.

Cozy rooms is a fantastic family hotel, with well-equipped and comfortable rooms and incredibly friendly owners. The accommodation provides a varied and fresh breakfast every day, where guests have the opportunity to try Maltese food. Extremely cultured and cordial approach to guests. Regular and clean hygiene maintenance in the rooms. The location is also excellent, there is a direct bus line to the airport as well as the port from where the cruise ships. If we ever return to Malta, we will definitely stay in this accommodation. I recommend!

The room was very nice and spacious with a good sized and clean bathroom, TV, sofa and wardrobe. The location is good too as it is very close to the Sliema center. Keith was very nice and also provided a tray to take up our breakfast to the room. The breakfast was very good too, actually surpassing our expectation. Very nice stay and completely recommend Cozy Rooms!

The double bed was actually two conjoined single beds which was unfortunately causing a gap in the middle of the 2 beds. Maybe a smaller bed sheet can be used to keep the beds together and avoid this issue.

The hotel is in excellent location - two minutes from all transport, shopping, restaurants. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Breakfast was solid.

Unfortunately, the dampness of the place :( maybe because we visited in winter (January), but as soon as you enter the building there is a strong smell of dampness in the air. The place is clean, there is no issue with that, the building is older I would say, there is even some mould in the bathroom. This didn't stop us from having a nice stay though.

Lovely stay at Cozy Rooms. Keith and his family made me feel very welcome. My room was huge and very comfortable. It was kept spotlessly clean, with fresh towels daily. Must say a big thank you to Keith's Mum and daughter Tiffany for preparing a delicious breakfast every morning 😊 Would definitely stay here again.
