Great location, close to transport and all facilities. Good hub to explore the entire island. Very good value for the money. Personnel really nice and helpful. Had a problem with the air conditioning on 1 January, was fixed right away on 2 January, since on the first no one was available, public holiday. Very prompt and helpful.

No balcony at 602, window with not open view, bath was to low and there is no shower head which you can move, no fan in the room and the fridge did not work

The hotel is in a perfect location. Close to the see, close to public transport, restaurants, shops etc but on the other hand is quiet and comfortable. Kids (we've travelled with 5 and 3 year old) are welcome. Very nice staff - greetings to British Lady that welcomed us every morning during breakfast :) Everything was perfect! Thanks!

The staff was nice and helpful. The late night lady at the front desk was really nice when I arrived very thankful for this. Room was very well cleaned when requested. The location of the hotel is what makes it worth returning to. Close to everything and very convenient. This is the best reason to stay here!!

The facilities were what you can expect from a mid range hotel and it was a little lackluster but nothing really eye catching. My bed was a very "tight" fit. Had to putt the 2 single beds together so I could sleep better even though I requested the double bed room. The breakfast is "humble" to say the most and the hotel does not add much focus on exceeding everyone's expectations.

The nice thing was that there are many pubs and cafes near the hotel. Cool beach in less than 5 min walk. I recommend this hotel

I enjoyed my stay for 6 nights a lot! I thought it was a hotel but to be honest, its more like a hostel and a dorm for students studying abroad in Malta. Didn't expect that at all, but i'm in my mid-20s and enjoy hostels sometimes, so i like it. I loved meeting the international students in the kitchen; they're all really clean and respectful and have beautiful energy! Pool area is really simple but nice and served up STUNNING views. Necessary to have a pool in 100F weather everyday! Location super close to all bus stops, ferries, and many food options and supermarkets.

The tables near reception where breakfast is served were never clean unfortunately. Breakfast is really simple. Toast, sliced meat and cheese, fresh fruits, packaged snacks and tea/coffee. I was expecting a bit more of a nice brekkie, but when i got there and realized it was a bit more of a hostel feel, then the breakfast selection made sense. Nonetheless, I was happy to have fresh fruit and tea, so no complaints! One of my beds was comfy and the other was not, which was a bit funny, but i slept fine on the comfy one when i realized. Also thy change the sheets and towels so early sometimes... like at 10am so i was woken once. That should be done after noon.

location is great, just a few mins walk from the shops and the beach etc… bus and ferry stop just a few mins away, rooms comfortable and clean, staff SUPER friendly and helpful, huge kitchen to cook your own meals and nice dining area, rooftop pool is nice too with a big 2 level area to sit around and plenty of loungers.

breakfast isn’t fantastic, little choice. it’s just ham, eggs, toast and bread with jams and stuff. With having such a big kitchen they could really do a better cooked breakfast selection.

We stayed for one night and only went there to sleep. It‘s okay for one or two nights but if you are looking for a hotel with comfort and to relax or for a longer stay, this might be wrong for you. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly

It was good value for many, clean, comfortable and modern rooms, with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, even though we had brad and breakfast, EXCELLENT LOCATION, close to all the buses, close to sliema-vallettaferry, close to promenade, even though it was rather big hotel, with lots of guests, wi-fi was excellent!

There were some mosquitos during the night, so maybe some screens would be nice
